Clermont Cabanas are a lakeside gem in Central Florida. Located across the street from Lake Minneola, just 30 miles from Orlando, our guests have easy access to the West Orange Trail for walking and biking, park and beach areas minutes away along the trail, and shopping and restaurants here in downtown Clermont. Our fully furnished units provide you a cozy retreat inside or enjoy the pergola common area with grill and seating areas outside. We hope you'll find this the perfect getaway!

Clermont Cabanas is a two unit duplex. Each unit is one-bedroom, one-bath and easily accommodates 2 adults. The units do sleep up to 4 using the pull-out couch in the living area. We have a smart flat-screen TVs in the living area and bedroom and units include free Wi-Fi, so connecting to your favorite apps is easy! Each unit has a full kitchen with convection oven, microwave, induction stove top, and dishwasher. Need to do laundry? Use the all-in-one washer/dryer - throw your clothes in and come back later to them being clean and dry!

The City of Clermont has been a global destination for multi-sport training and competitive events. So, whether you are an athlete, or Florida resident just looking for a staycation or coming from a colder climate to consider Central Florida your home, the Clermont Cabanas are a perfect spot to enjoy all Central Florida has to offer.

Adorable little villa was in great shape. Perfect for two people and had everything we needed. Beautiful lake just across the street with a nice bike path. Location is in the historic district with some of the best meals we have ever had. Overall we would definitely say 10 out of 10 on our stay

Historic Clermont is a quaint small town and the cabana has the best bike trail running right past its doors! Great owners, and so much more comfortable than a hotel room! We'll be back!

We had a great experience at the Clermont Cabanas! The cabanas are clean and fresh, and in the perfect location... close enough to the action in Orlando and far enough away to feel the peaceful lakefront vibes. It was easy to make our reservation and, upon arrival, the owner was on-point and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend the Clermont Cabanas for your next stay in the Orlando area.

The condo was absolutely amazing! It was beautifully decorated, clean, and had all the amenities along with comfortable furnishings. The pictures and description were on point. It was also set in a great location across the street from the lake. Laura and Nicky were extremely friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We hope to return again sometime soon!

Perfection

We stayed at one of the Clermont Cabanas during our Grandson's Spring Break. The unit was perfect for us. It was well appointed, and everything looked and functioned as if new. The location was excellent: close to the lake, next to the bike/walking trail, and an easy walk to anything located downtown. There was plenty to do there (and we didn't even make it over to Orlando!). During the day, we paddled (lakes and springs) and rode our bikes on the South Lake trail. We enjoyed downtown Clermont and walked to dinner almost every night. One of the highlights was Sunday's Farmers Market which was the biggest that we've ever visited.

Very nice stay

The casita is small, but very cute, clean, and dog friendly. Nicky (host) was very nice and the staff friendly and helpful. Location is within walking distance of everything in downtown Clermont, and the trail along the lake is great for hiking, biking, and running. We had a great time.

Nicky had the vision for this lake view property from the day she walked by it. She bought the land and from scratch created these beautiful Cabanas so that visitors to Clermont can enjoy the downtown area, the lake, the trail and the surrounding communities. Her motto is "mi casa es su casa". So come visit and make yourself at home!
