Private Family/Group Compound with Bali Inspired Pool and Amazing Views!

Welcome to this charming, 20 acre private compound tucked in the hills above Playa Dominincal with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and the San Juan de Dios valley. This tremendous property boasts 5 bedrooms, and 10 total beds (5 queen size and 5 full size) perfect for larger groups. The property is split between 2 villas, and a large pool house with our fitness oasis upstairs. The 2 villas are positioned adjacent to each other, with gorgeous gardens planted between them to give a little extra privacy. Both villas are just a short 20 meter walk from the pool, pool lounge area, and fitness oasis. The lush gardens filled with rare and exotic plants make the walk seem like a stroll through a fairy tail garden and give a nice separation from the 2 villas.

Casa Palma is the larger of the 2 villas, boasting 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has 1 Queen bed and 1 Full bed, and an en-suite full bathroom with a shower decorated with gorgeous handmade Moroccan tiles. The other 2 bedrooms are mirror images of each other, both with custom made adult size bunk beds, with a queen size bed on the bottom and a full size bed on top. Crafted from local Guanacaste wood, these are a fun and beautiful feature. All bedrooms have multiple windows to let in the natural light and give nice airflow. Each bed, including the top bunk beds, have handy wall niches with outlets, a great place to charge your device, put your glasses, a book, and a glass of water while you sleep. These 2 bedrooms share a full bath decorated with hand made Moroccan tiles and plenty of hooks to hang wet items. All 3 bedrooms have A/C, ceiling fans, reading lights, hanging and drawer storage for clothes, and high-end posturpedic mattresses.

Casa Palma boasts a fully equipped kitchen with lots of counter space and bar top seating for 4, an easy and functional space to cook your meals. The kitchen is open to the indoor living area that has 2 couches and a small dining table with seating for 3, so total seating for 7 inside this villa. The living space has pocket sliding glass doors giving you the option to open the wall up to the outside patio to take in the amaizing mountain and garden views! The patio has additional seating with a couch, ottoman, chairs and a coffee table. Another great feature of the house is the outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off the sand after a day at the beach.

Casa Motmot, is a warm and cozy 2 bedroom 1 full bath villa, next to Casa Palma. Both bedrooms are equipped with the same adult size custom made bunkbeds, with a queen size on the bottom and a full size on top. They share a full bathroom with a shower with a view out of the window looking into the jungle. Both bedrooms have A/C, ceiling fans, reading lights, bedside niches with outlets, hanging and drawer storage for clothes, and high-end posturpedic mattresses.

Casa Motmot has a fully equipped kitchen wrapped with a beautiful imported tile backsplash. There are big windows in the kitchen, and the cozy breakfast/coffee space next to it has 2 sliding glass doors so you can truly get the feel of indoor/outdoor living, maximizing the airflow and lovely views of the surrounding gardens and mountains. The patio has a 4 person dinning table and additional lounge seating, a perfect space to relax and watch the hummingbirds, and toucans that visit our property all day long. This villa also has a nice outdoor shower to rinse the sand off after your beach adventure!

The Pool House and Fitness Oasis are steps away from the 2 villas, and a great space for your group to gather and hang out, swim, relax or have a meal at the 12 person custom local hardwood dining table! Enjoy the soothing sounds of the large waterfall feature while lounging poolside or practicing yoga upstairs in the fitness oasis that overlooks the Bali inspired salt water pool and looks out into the mountains! The pool patio has pool lounge chairs, a large day bed, and additional comfy lounge seating, and hammock chairs. There is also a half bath and outdoor shower in the pool house. This will surely be your favorite space to relax with your group, and soak up the sun while enjoying the gardens, jungle view, and exotic birds that live on the property.

The Fitness Oasis has breathtaking views and is a 900sq ft open area with teak floors. As a guest you can spend time practicing yoga, working out, meditating, dancing or lounging in a hammock. Private personal training or yoga sessions are also available upon request for an additional fee. *We DO NOT allow coaches, teachers, etc. to use this space for business without renting this space separately.

There is convenient parking steps from both villas. The dirt road you see in some photos is our own private driveway, so no worries of any other traffic on it. The entire property is also gated. This is a very safe and peaceful property, it is truly like your own private resort!

We are in a very close proximity to some of the countries best waterfalls, specifically, Nauyaca waterfall (5 minute drive to trail head) and Eco Chontales (20 minute drive). We have lots of amazing beaches close by as well, Playa Dominical is an easy 20 minute drive down the mountain, and then within 10 minutes of Playa Dominical, you have 5 more amazing beach options, all with something different to offer. These beaches are great for surfing, swimming, learning to surf, walking, sun bathing, and relaxing! There are 2 weekly farmers markets (Tuesdays and Fridays) close by so you can stock up on locally grown produce and other yummy treats and things like jewelry, natural products, and more!

4x4 is required! It's a fun and easy drive down our 400 yard long driveway and so worth it!
