Welcome to your perfect home-away-from-home in charming Charlottesville! This delightful 2-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom duplex is located right off Fontaine Ave, just a short walk from Scott Stadium and UVA Grounds. Our cozy duplex boasts a blend of comfort and convenience, with stylish decor and modern amenities to make your stay enjoyable. The space features a fully stocked kitchen, dining area for 4, living room, powder room, two bedrooms and one full bathroom.

FIRST FLOOR:

LIVING ROOM - couch, 2 accent chairs, coffee table, floor lamp, media console with smart TV (log into your own streaming services!)

DINING ROOM: table and chairs for 4 guests

KITCHEN - small, but fully stocked kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, coffee pot and washer/dryer (laundry detergent provided!)

HALF BATHROOM - single sink and toilet

DECK - outdoor dining set for 4


SECOND FLOOR:

BEDROOM 1 - King bed, nightstand with lamp, dresser, desk, full-length mirror, closet with hangers

BEDROOM 2 - Queen bed, two nightstands with lamps, dresser, closet with hangers

BATHROOM 2 - Single vanity, tub/shower combo, toilet, closet, linens and toiletries provided


OTHER NOTES:

PARKING - there is space in the driveway for 1 car (please reserve the other space for unit B guests). Parking on the street in front of the house is free, but limited.

PETS - this unit is DOG FRIENDLY with an additional $75 fee/stay. No cats, fines may apply.

Welcoming home with great style

My husband and I came to Charlottesville for a concert at John Paul Jones Arena. This rental was in a great location for the activities we had planned. Would stay here again!

Perfect location. Close to all things UVA. Property was very clean and well appointed. Will be keeping info on hand as it may come in handy during my son's college years. Would highly recommend and definitely will stay again.

Our stay was all we could have asked for and more. The place was very clean, comfortable, in a great location close to restaurants, outdoor activities, and within walking distance of UVA's Scott Stadium for football games or concerts. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Host was very responsive and check in/check out was a breeze. Very highly recommend!

Visiting with Son and daughter in law for Swim meet

The beds were amazing! House was clean and cute. The one down side was I just got off crutches with a broken leg and it was raining and icy and the driveway is beyond steep. Very close to amazing food and walking distance to football stadium and aquatic center.

Positives:1. responsive..we could not get in with the code, but they were reachable via phone.2. furnishings were nice3. beds comfortable4. nice back deckNot so positive:1. This property is adjacent to a busy roadway, making sleep difficult for us. Single pane windows didn't damper the sound.2. There are no screens on the windows, so if you want some fresh air, you also get bugs...there was a big wasp hanging around.3. This is an old home with VERY creaky floors, doors, and stairs. It is impossible to be quiet when someone is sleeping, if you want to walk downstairs (bedrooms are upstairs).4. The kitchen is tiny with little workspace. We made a meal for our kids and grandkids there, and it was challenging.
