Downstairs off the living room, you will find a large master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring a large soaking tub and a walk in shower and a large walk in closet. A comfortable king bed and modern coastal furnishings complete the relaxing atmosphere.

As you enter the large living room with high ceilings and an incredible view to the pool and preserve out the back sliding doors, you can enjoy a show on the smart TV or just lounge on the comfortable, deep couches.
Off the living room is a dining room with seating for 8 in addition to a breakfast nook off the kitchen that seats 4.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a quick meal or a full blown feast. It is fully stocked with cooking utensils, baking dishes and appliances.

Off the kitchen there is a hallway leading to two bedrooms one bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a hallway bathroom with a tub.

On the other side of the living room is a hallway leading to a bedroom with a queen bed and modern furnishings. This hallway has a bath that includes a shower and leads out to the pool area.

Upstairs is a large cozy space perfect for the kids to enjoy some games, toys and a space to themselves with 2 twin bunk beds and a half bath.

Walk outside to your own private pool oasis. With 4 pool loungers around a large pool plus a covered area that includes dining set for 4 and a seating area for 4, everyone in your group can get their dose of Florida sunshine and relaxing.

-QUIET HOURS MUST BE OBSERVED BETWEEN 10PM AND 8AM
-NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE HOME OR GARAGE
-USE OF FIREPLACE IS PROHIBITED (IT IS NOT A WORKING FIREPLACE)
CHILDREN AND NON SWIMMERS MUST BE SUPERVISED IN AND AROUND THE POOL
-ALL DOORS LEADING TO POOL MUST BE LOCKED IF NO ADULT SUPERVISION IS AVAILABLE OR PROVIDED
Doors to pool area lock on the top, so please supervise children at all times.
-PETS are not allowed (Fines starting at $400 or more will be assessed if animals are brought to the property)

SECURITY CAMERAS ARE MOUNTED FACING THE DRIVEWAY AND THE FRONT ENTRANCE (Tampering with or disabling cameras will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund for any part of the reservation)
