We had a wonderful trip. Check in and check out was very smooth with zero issues. Everything was clean and as described. The bed was very comfortable with great sheets. The creek was wonderful, and we loved exploring the area around the Buffalo River. Would highly recommend.
This was one of the best stays I have ever had! The host communicated so well to make sure that we made it with great directions, got everything we needed, and have the best stay possible! The cabin was so cozy and felt like a home! The porch next to the creek was lovely to sit by during the morning hours. We are very thankful for our stay and look forward to going again!
Great property! Great cabin! Very secluded, and the creek running behind the cabin is amazing! Sitting on the back porch looking at it and listening to the water run with the birds chirping...absolutely peaceful! 10/10!
Super nice cabin, quiet, great lamps and sofas. A nostalgic mix of antiques and art. The back deck is a great place to relax into the night hours. Thank you to our host Steve and the super sweet housekeeper. We had a fantastic stay.
Steve was very attentive and easy to be work with! Will come again!

Definitely a hidden treasure.
The host, Steve, went above & beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful!!! Books, games & puzzles kept us entertained in the evenings, was a needed break away from a TV. Love, love, love the deck on the creek!! Look forward to coming back for sure!!!
Great communication with owner. Beautiful furnishings, warm comfortable bed, quiet and restful, careful attention to details just as represented. Shares entrance to grounds with main house but with a welcoming sense of privacy once inside the cabin. Be prepared to cross a low water bridge on the way in - a great experience.
The cabin was great. Keep in mind there is no shower but the claw tub was so nice we enjoyed soaking each night. The only downside was the driveway. The host is wonderful in communication about it so we were prepared. It just has a dip where a creek flowed through. Our tiny Honda Fit went through it just fine. They are very open and great to work with. We would be happy to stay again if the need arose.

Thanks much Virgil . You all where the perfect guests!
Directions given by the host were spot on, maps on the phones will get you close but sometimes they add a few extra turns, so definitely take notes from the host. The house was quite a bit bigger than we expected. The appliances were all functioning and the furniture was in good working order. Our absolute favorite spot was the back porch which overlooks the creek. Drinking our morning coffee and eating breakfast as we listened to the bugs chirping and water flowing- even in mid August when most of the state was dry for weeks. There is a bit of a meadow you can see behind the trees and it seemed to be frequented by a family of deer.
We absolutely LOVED this sweet cabin by the creek! It is literally by the creek and is delightful! We are off the grid and by the water people and this was that! The inside was all very new and clean and had everything you could want or need! The location is fabulous for everything from thrifting , to hiking or Buffalo River activities, to Yellville for a bite to eat.Steve is the best! He is very very good at making sure you are prepared and will answer any questions you have. For coffee drinkers.. it is a drip carafe , but it is delicious! He provides everything. For those with low riding vehicles or small cars, you do have to drive across a very small creek to get to the cabin. It is not a problem at all.For those who prefer a shower, this has only a nice tub. (I lives that personally! )Steve's house is on the property, but you would never know he is even there. It is dark and quiet at night and we wnjoyed every minute!
The property was quiet and well off the beaten path next to a creek that was flowing. Internet/GPS directions weren't good, but Steve reached out to us while we were traveling to get us there. With his directions it was easy. You have to cross the creek to get to the property but that wasn't a problem. We weren't there a lot since we went up to do some hiking, but it had what we needed for our stay. I would recommend the property, and Steve was a great host.
This cabin was just what we wanted. Location is a little remote but that’s what we like. Easy to get to, host called to make sure I had good directions but GPS took us to the door. Small creek runs in back. Quiet location with everything that we needed. Great stay!
My husband and I were looking for a small place to stay , that was rustic and outdoor as he loves hunting, wildlife and being outdoors. We found it!! It was private , roomy and had everything we needed . The bed was very comfortable and the patio is where we spent most of our time. We listened to the brook for hours and even sat out after dark. We are currently planning our next trip for the fall. It couldn't have been any better and suited our needs very much.
