About this property

This well appointed 1 bedroom condo in the West End offers views of the Pilgrim Monument and is located two blocks from the grocery store. There are furnished front and back decks, and beach amenities are included. New stainless steel appliances, cable, smart TV, high speed wifi, a BBQ grill, and one deeded parking spot are included, and linens are provided. Small work area provided. New Armoire installed in 2022.

We are five minutes from Joe's Coffee and Commercial Street, seven minutes away from the farmer's market and art galleries, and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping.

No smoking allowed on the premises.
Must be willing to abide by the condo association rules.
Only two people allowed to sleep in the condo per Ptown ordinance.
No pet policy is strictly enforced; you will be asked to leave.
We clean the condo every Saturday, please be prepared to allow our cleaners access.

Always a great stay

Consistently excellent experience from year to year. Everything you could need, with beautiful yard, easy parking and great location. Close to the action but far enough away to be quiet. Modern interior is kept spotless.

Heaven Indeed

My husband and I spent our second year in this beautiful property and could not be more grateful to have found it. It is beautifully decorated, clean as a whistle, a beautiful environment, two outdoor spaces, a lovely setting, everything you could need to stay for weeks or months and all things you need to have a wonderful experience; from wine glasses to dishes to lovely towels and more. We would stay here for weeks at a time if we had the opportunity. Communication with the owners is easy as could be and they are lovely. I gie this 30 stars out of 5.

We are a couple that enjoy the beauty and uniqueness of Ptown. We live south of Boston and enjoy hiking, the beach and supporting the local restaurants and merchants. We enjoy our condo and only rent during the summer. We hope that you treat our home like you would your own. Enjoy!!!

Why they chose this property

You will not be disappointed renting our unit. It is in a small condo association, quiet yet only 2 blocks from all the action. It is well appointed and comfortable. The unit has good outdoor space with a front deck and a small deck off the bedroom. The beaches in Ptown are incredible and we want you to enjoy them. We have supplied beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and a cooler bag.

What makes this property unique

Walking distance to Commercial Street and Joe's Cafe (5mins) as well as Stop&Shop Supermarket, Mac's Seafood and the local liquor store.
We have a beautiful garden (hidden gem) and private front and back decks.
We are lucky to have a few condo owners who live on the property-year round.
