Conveniently located approximately 35 minutes from Yellowstone’s West Entrance, this home offers easy access to both nature and necessities. Henry’s Lake, a popular spot for fishing and boating, is just a 23-minute drive away, while Robins Roost grocery store is only 13 minutes down the road. Snowmobilers and ATV riders will love the nearby trail access, and for those flying in, Idaho Falls Regional Airport is around 1.5 hours away, with Bozeman Yellowstone International and Jackson Hole airports about 2.5 hours away.

The property features convenient self-check-in with a provided code, propane fireplaces for cozy nights, and a propane grill for outdoor dining. After a day of adventure, gather around the fire pit (firewood not included) for a relaxing evening. The fully stocked kitchen includes all the essentials like a drip coffee maker, Keurig, pots, pans, utensils, and more. Stay connected with free WiFi, and enjoy your favorite shows on the Smart TVs (streaming login required). Outdoor seating is available, with the option to bring extra seating if needed. Free trash service is also provided.

The home comfortably sleeps your group with a variety of sleeping arrangements. On the main level, there’s a queen bedroom with a private bathroom and a king bedroom with a shared bathroom. Upstairs, the loft features two queen beds, plus a separate area with a queen-over-queen bunk bed and a twin. An additional king bedroom and shared full bathroom are also on the upper level.

In winter, please note that 4-wheel drive, snow tires, and high ground clearance are essential for navigating snowy conditions.

Enjoy snowshoeing, cross-country ski trails, ice fishing, hot tubbing, sledding, snowmobiling, Yellowstone snowmobiling, tubing. Mesa Falls is amazing in the winter for snowmobiling, and so is Johnny Sack Cabin.

- Well-trained, housebroken pets are welcome. Dogs only. Must be over the age of 18 months and vaccinated. Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless crated, there is a crate available for use. $50 per dog, per night. Dogs only, no cats due to the owner's severe cat allergies. Due to insurance policy breeds with a bite history may not stay at the property. No dogs with a personal bite history are permitted. This is an insurance limitation and not negotiable. When booking please message with the dog's age, vaccination status, and breed.

Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to tongue and groove.

NOTE: Government ID required to be sent when rental agreement is signed for booking to be accepted. Primary renter must be age 25 or older, and must remain on site for the reservation term.
