We have wonderful markets close by, amazing neighborhood farmers markets in the summer and we’ll even help you with grocery delivery services. You’ll find plenty of fluffy towels and quality bed linens so you can pamper yourself just like you would at a luxury hotel. We even have hair dryers and irons so you can pack light! We love kids and can supply you with cribs, pack-n-play, highchairs and more – all at no extra charge. We’ll even let your well-behaved pooch tag along!

The Guesthouse is close to several public transportation options giving you easy access to all the “must-see” sites including Navy Pier, Magnificent Mile, Sears Tower and theaters. The Red Line “L” stop is a short walk away, the Clark #22 bus stops on our block and taxis are easily hailed from our front door. We absolutely loved our stay here! It was perfect for all our needs. It was very well kept with top notch appliances and the master bedroom shower is AMAZiING! Close to Wrigley, a Giordanos and many other places! The front desk staff was so kind and we loved the roof top and library. We will stay here again.

It was a perfect match for our family. Enough public and private space for being together or alone time. The roof deck was great. The kitchen had all the necessaary tools but we would have appreciate some items more than just salt and pepper - like olive oil, mustard etc.

Spacious and comfortable.

Great location and spacious apartment made this a great place for our adult family to gather. One note: the kitchen is well equipped for eating, but not for cooking. Aside from salt and pepper, there were none of the supplies I usually find in a STR: oil, condiments, plastic bags/foil, etc. Be sure to take a stroll north to Foursided Cards and Gifts for fun cards, books and treasures. Excellent food can be enjoyed at Anteprima, a cozy Itallian restaurant nearby.

Since we are a hotel and not an actual home, we have found in the past the extra items you mentioned didn't get used often enough and would many times end up expiring, which unfortunately caused quite a bit of wasted product. We do have some other items available upon request if we have some on hand, such as plastic baggies or tinfoil, and you are always welcome to check with the front desk to see if we have those items available! We have the front desk staffed 24/7 and are always happy to check and see if we have what you are needing :) We are also thrilled to hear you were able to explore and enjoy our cozy little neighborhood! Great condo, great location

The condo was a perfect place for our family to spend a quarantine Thanksgiving. Because of covid we didn't get to use any of the facilities. However, the condo was plenty big enough for 6 of us to enjoy takeout and plenty of fun family time. Short walk to all of Andersonville shops, and restaurants. Fyi, the master shower was my favorite ever. We did have our pup, and it was great for her. Nice little grass patch out back.

We had a large group over the Christmas holidays. The Guest Hotel was perfect. 3bd, full kitchen, laundry. Neighborhood is packed with places to eat. We did bfast in and went out for evening meals in the area. Easy neighborhood to walk but off-street parking available too.

This condo was very nice and clean. A couple of things were broken, such as the dishwasher, but other than that it was a very comfortable place to stay. I little bit out of the way, but in a very nice, quiet neighborhood.
