We had had a really nice stay. The place beautifully decorated and very clean with the most comfortable bed. It is in the perfect location for walking along the ocean and to coffee shops and good restaurants. We hope to come back soon.

I grew up in Los Gatos and grew up coming to Santa Cruz to go to the beach. I told my friends at UCSB that someday I would live in Santa Cruz, and it took years, but here I am! I love the slower lifestyle than the Bay Area, and I do think it's one of the most scenic areas with the cliffs and beaches and mountains. I love to run and ride my bike and be outdoors.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is quiet and a very short walk to the beach. We love the convenience of the restaurants and coffee shops and wineries close by. The walking path on West Cliff is a short block away, and you can walk/bike to the Boardwalk and beyond, or if you go North, you can get to Wilder Park.

What makes this property unique

This property gets great sunlight! It is warm and inviting with high ceilings and an ocean breeze. The deck out back gives you a view to the eucalyptus trees in Natural Bridges State Park. You can sometimes hear the waves from the ocean!
