Well appointed, fully furnished 3 BR, 2 BTH Craftsman with all the comforts of home: cable TV, two TV's, internet, washer/dryer, BBQ, private patio, and on-site parking. Sleeping accommodations include one king bed, one queen bed and two twin bunk beds. Wake up to the generous Ocean view from the spacious master suite with kitchenette and roof top balcony, plus Ocean views from the Living and Dining rooms. The rental includes boogie boards, five bicycles, and beach gear. Don’t miss the classic front porch! The one car garage is perfect for storing your toys. . . kayaks, bikes, surfboards, etc.

Visit the Main Beach area with competitive Beach Volleyball, pier fishing, kayak rentals and consistent surf breaks. National Marine Sanctuary Center, scenic West Cliff Dr., and Downtown Santa Cruz should not be missed. Great location

This is a very walkable location. Restaurants nearby. Walked to the beach, walked to the boardwalk, walked to the lookout point. I loved sitting on the porch with the ocean view and people watching. The home was very beachy and comfortable.

Ocean Getaway

Such a comfortable cozy home with all that we needed . Just a few minute walk to the beach and with windiws open at night, you can fall asleep to the sound of the wavesMy only small issue was that there was no propane and we couid not bbq as we planned for iur kast night.Will definately come back.

Fun at the beach

Every year we rent a house near the beach in Seabright and this is the first house we look for. Location is perfect, just a few houses to the beach and short walk to the boardwalk. The house is great for my kids, energetic boys.

Perfect Seabright beach house

Beautiful setting

This lovely property made for an unforgettable vacation! Beautiful setting just a quick stroll to the beach, boardwalk and many cafes and restaurants. This comfortable and clean home had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. We will book again for sure!

Perfect house and location

This is our second time returning for our family summer vacation. We absolutely love the house and the location. Backyard shower is brilliant and kids preferred that over the one inside the house. Looking forward to returning next summer!

Great Stay in Santa Cruz

My wife and I stayed for five nights in late December and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location can't be beat - steps to Seabright Beach with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, easy walk to the Boardwalk, close to downtown and the harbor with lots of shops and restaurants, yet super quiet (especially at night). The house itself is charming and comfortable. The comfy king bed upstairs, well-stocked kitchen with everything we needed, powerful shower, and a driveway for off-street parking were especially nice. We look forward to staying here again if our plans take us back to Santa Cruz.

Summer 2025 Grandkids Trip

Our stay in this cute cottage by the beach in July 2025 was absolutely wonderful. The neighborhood was so beautiful. We were treating our four teenage grandkids to the Boardwalk and we wanted them to enjoy the beach. This was a perfect location and a wonderful house to stay at. It was roomy enough for the six of us with enough beds. We were so happy to be able to walk to the beach and the boardwalk. Available to us within walking distance was shopping, restaurants and a coffee shop. The house was equipped with everything we needed. Our grandkids pulled out the bikes immediately upon arrival. We gave them the spacious top floor so they felt like they had a little apartment to themselves! Many memories were made on this trip. We were very happy with this property and hope to return for another stay.

Beautiful historic home steps from the beach

We had an amazing weekend with our adult kids at the Seabright beach house. It's yards from Seabright beach which is known for the public camp fire rings and they are popular so get to the beach early to snag one. The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular on most days. The house is walking distance to the marina one way, and the wharf and boardwalk the other direction. Lots of families walking around at night.

Fabulous!

This our third time here...had the most fabulous time! The house is downstairs traditional Seabright cottage topped with a second floor of modern light and comfort. Grateful for the opportunity to return!

Magical graduation weekend

We booked this house as a kind of “hub” for visiting family members who gathered to celebrate my son’s UCSC graduation. My daughter and her cousin loved the bunk room and my 80 year old mom was perfectly comfortable in the downstairs bedroom. The upstairs suite provided my husband and I with a quiet respite from the days events. Other family members had booked nearby bungalows and it was such an enormous pleasure to enjoy our coffee on the porch and see who popped by. The proximity to the beach was absolutely ideal. We will definitely be back to this lovely home in the gorgeous town. Thank you, thank you!

Perfect Getaway

Clean and cute property. Close to the beach, the teens rode the bikes to the Boardwalk and to the gym. Beached it one day- so nice I did not need to bring it but beach chairs and small coolers. We had a bonfire at the beach our last night. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Will never stay in a hotel again. We will be back, for sure.

We'll be back

Great location, well kept and livable don't begin to tell the story. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed linens were cotton and the towels were fluffy and like new. Kudos to the landlord for his thoughtfulness and execution. We didn't want to leave. A caution for anyone with knee or hip issues...the steps to the second floor are challenging. Next time we'll settle into the downstairs bedroom.

Charming and cozy

We have returned to this place over the years because of the homey vibe. I’ve stayed at other short term rentals that are nice and clean but cookie-cutter boring. The location can’t be beat. You can walk to harbor, boardwalk, wharf or downtown if you are up for it. Greg, the host, is wonderful- helpful and accommodating. Top rate Staircase to upstairs suite may be too steep for some but rails are right there. I hope this home doesn’t change too much. The general neighborhood has suffered from some McMansionization which definitely cuts down on the charm factor.

Wonderful family friendly beach house for 4th of July

We loved this house. We have spent the last 6 years at different rentals for 4th of July in Capitola, Aptos and Seabright. This was by far our favorite home. Great street near everything but quiet and easily accessible. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location- dark interior - not clean

Comfortable yet bare minimum amenities and not very clean. Trash (someone's old water bottle) left under TV stand, coffee machine Keurig upstairs, but no pods, very comfortable front deck arrangement with nice bright pillows, but limited seating and side areas dirty. Inside panels, dark, lighting insufficient to brighten area. Great for location, but would not recommend given comparable houses for price.
Unexpected to stay in a rental and see trash from the couch seating that does not belong to your party

Nice place great location

So close to the beach and boardwalk, no need to drive. And, just a short drive to Capitola. The body boards and outdoor shower were a hit with the kids and the deck and beach chairs were a hit with the adults. I also enjoyed listening to the waves and the sea lions. I recommend this place for a small group.
