Main Level: The open-concept living area features a cozy seating arrangement in front of a gas fireplace and a 50” Ultra HDTV. Natural sunlight fills the space through multiple windows. The galley-style kitchen is fully equipped, and a small covered balcony off the kitchen includes a propane BBQ—perfect for outdoor meals. A convenient half bath completes this level.
Second Level: Upstairs, you’ll find a master bedroom suite and a second bedroom, both tastefully decorated with beach-themed décor. The second bedroom includes a small covered deck. These south-facing balconies capture sunlight throughout the day. A shared full bathroom serves the bedrooms.
Third Level: The top level is a large game room and additional sleeping area, featuring a 55” Ultra HDTV, a game table with six chairs, a sleeper sofa (full size), and two twin beds—ideal for family fun or extra guests.

Location was important for us. We stayed in town for the Santa Cruz Triathlon weekend, and this was near the race course start and end. Condo was clean, photos were accurate and management company was responsive to communications.
spacious, warm, easy to find, and located near downtown, the ocean, and the Boardwalk. you could literally just walk everywhere if you plan on spending most of your time in those areas. will definitely keep this place as a go to when suggesting people on places to stay in town.
We had the best time. Your home is wonderful. It is the perfect location. We could walk everywhere we wanted to be and be in a nice relaxing home with beautiful views. I hope we stay there again. Thank you so much for letting us use your home as if it were ours.

We had such a great stay here! The location truly couldn’t be better – we were able to walk everywhere and enjoy so many great restaurants, shops, and sights right outside the door. Communication with our hosts was excellent; they were responsive, friendly, and made everything smooth and easy. This was the perfect home base for exploring Santa Cruz, and we’d definitely stay here again.
Property was clean, location is perfect for Santa Cruz beach and boardwalk. Walking distance to good restaurants. Enjoyed our time with our granddaughter, who goes to school at Santa Cruz. Thank you Lisa for the easy communication.
Location is excellent for going on walks along West Cliff Drive or down to the wharf. Spacious garage for 2 cars, very versatile top floor rumpus room. Comfortable and clean, traffic noise is noticeable but it dies down during sleeping hours.

The rental agents were SO on top of things! I was distracted by a big event and they really were helpful. The condo was great too.
We brought a group of teenagers for the weekend and this house was perfect for that! The top floor allowed for them to giggle and stay up late, while letting us parents sleep. The condo is great proximity to the beach and boardwalk alike, and the garage was nice to not have to deal with street parking.
The fees are more than the nightly rate, and the requirements of stripping the beds and emptying the trash made it feel like work vs vacation, also, the check out is pretty early compared to other properties we’ve stayed.
The place was nice, clean and in a great location walking distance to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. We were unable to get in the gate to park using the code the whole stay. There was a lot of what not to do about parking ,but how to park using the passes could have used more clarification. I didn’t appreciate having to wash and put away dishes. It made it so we couldn’t really eat there before a 10 am checkout. I feel like running the dishwasher in advance of the cleaning crew is more reasonable.

We apologize for the inconvenience with the gate code. Unfortunately, that was an HOA system issue outside of our control, but we understand how frustrating it must have been.
Regarding checkout, guests don’t need to wait for the dishwasher to finish — we simply ask that it be loaded and started before departure so our cleaning team can unload it afterward. We’ll be sure to make that instruction clearer moving forward.

Great location. Comfortable space. Easy check in. We enjoyed access to the pool/hot tub and easy walk to the beach. My main qualm is the list of check out procedures. It's pretty standard these days for the check out to-dos to be minimal, but not here. Just be aware before you book -- dishes cleaned and put away, beds stripped and all linens piled up, all trash removed and taken out, etc. This hasn't been standard check out procedure in 10 years, so I was a bit surprised. Otherwise, a great spot for a weekend get away.

The rental was perfect for our visit to Santa Cruz with out teen daughter and a couple of friends. The proximity to the beach and the Boardwalk was awesome and the pool and hot tub are a nice added bonus. The unit is very spacious!! Next time we hope to stay longer!
