This beautiful penthouse is the best situated in the front Isla Canela beach with fantastic sea views and in the block overlooking the swimming pool and the gardens and offers the best access to the beachfront out. Property consist of 100 m interior space and 100 m outdoor terracing, penthouse has a glazed terrace and another outdoor. As a resident you will have full use of the swimming pool & children pool in season , 3 bedroom penthouse, sleeps 7, with gardens, tennis court, 2 paddle tennis court, children play area on prestigious beach fronted development on the borders of Spain and Portugal known as the Spanish Algarve.
Pets not allowed.

THE BEACH: 7 kms of marvelous fine sandy beach and beautiful promenade, restaurants,paddle tennis, water sports, shopping areas and all the flavour of Andalusia. Enjoy Isla Canela´s Beaches and relax on their soft sand. Practice your favourite sport (paddle, tennis, golf sailing, fishing or whatever or simply looking at the marvelous landscape that Isla Canela offers to you.

RESTAURANTS : Many restaurants in the area, specialities are fresh sea fish.

The best sea view in Isla canela

The property was exactly as described and the view from the balcony was awesome. It is a home from home with all the facilities you need. Minutes walk to the restaurants and bus stop to the town or Marina. Lots of beachside chiranguitos within minutes flat walking.

Beautiful spacious apartment on top floor overlooking the beach

We were 6 adults in this beautiful 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment with lovely, multiple spaces to relax and enjoy the location. There is a well provided kitchen and dining area to cook and eat at home, with a bbq on the terrace. There is a dishwasher and washing machine. The check-in process was straight forward with Marife who is very friendly and available for any assistance if needed. The parking space in the underground car park is adjacent to the lift up to the 5th floor. There are multiple beach side restaurants within a 20 minute walk along foot and cycle ways, and others in the port areas a little further away. A wonderful place to stay and relax.

Beautiful Front Line Appartment

This is out 2nd visit here and will certainly not be our last. Apartment spotless and everything you could want. Kitchen has everything you need and as such a beautiful view ate in a few times. Everything is well looked after and the new sun loungers and cushions were very comfortable. Recommend beach bar Totum staff lovely and great view from beach also. Thank you Almudena you were a perfect host and very helpful with any questions and your information too.

Actually would prefer to give a bad review as means this amazing penthouse would be available the next time we booked 🙂. Everything was as advertised, great communication from the manager, and a perfect handover on arrival with us being shown to the flat and everything explained. Beds comfortable, very spacious, and well equipped kitchen. The sun lounge and patio were brilliant, and loved having a big gas bbq on the terrace. Meant we ate in a few nights. Highly recommend this penthouse, and we will definitely be back.

Exceptional accommodations

Our stay in Isla Canela at Almudena’s was exceptional. Of the many vacation homes in North America, Europe and Asia that we have rented, Almudena’s is now our favourite. The large deck is south-facing, we enjoyed sunrises and sunsets as well as unrestricted views of the ocean. The accommodations were lovely, very clean, spacious, tasteful and well appointed. We appreciated the welcoming and informative email communications prior to our arrival. There was also communication during our stay to ensure our needs were met, questions answered. We were so impressed that we have already booked for 2023. Thank you Almudena.

Spectacular accomodation

Without a doubt, this is the most well equipped, beautiful accommodation we have ever rented. The communications were spectacular. The space was immaculate. Our contacts were very responsive to all our needs. And then there is the view. And the outdoor space. It goes on forever. The beach is long and deep and wonderful for walking as well as swimming. The town is a 10 minute walk on the boardwalk. Highly recommend it.

Excellent apartment

We stayed in this lovely apartment for 2 weeks & could have stayed longer. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable & well appointed, with a large & beautiful glass extension. The views are spectacular, seeing the beach & sea as we ate our meals was wonderful & the very large sun deck also excellent. The area was very quiet, which suited us & we enjoyed the lovely walks along the seafront for coffees & meals at various beach & marina restaurants/bars. Any problems/questions we had were swiftly answered & dealt with by the owner. The private parking was adjacent to the lift & then only a few steps from the front door. Overall. A very comfortable & beautiful apartment which we would be happy to return to.

Fantastic, Spacious Penthouse Apartment

This apartment is very spacious, with three good sized bedrooms, large kitchen, lounge, two bathrooms, a huge sun room with fully opening glass screens, with dining area and lounge furniture. A truly beautiful area to sit in any weather. There is also a large outside terrace with plenty of space for the sun beds provided and table and chairs. There is a large barbecue, which we used. The views from the sun room and terrace are stunning. In fact the views from most rooms are very good too. The apartment is very well equipped. It was also very clean. The apartment is accessed by a lift that goes from the garage (large reserved parking space). The apartment can take seven people and there is plenty of space and different areas to easily accommodate that number. There is a large communal swimming pool that was very well maintained and had a lifeguard. Opening hours of thepool were slightly odd but it was open every day when we were there. In any event, the terrace of the apartment is so lovely we spent most of our relaxation time there and went to the pool for a swim. We had our folding bikes with us and there is very safe, easy cycling from just outside the apartment grounds. We spent several days cycling to good restaurants for lunch. Chiringuito III was our favourite but there are several good ones around. Administration was very good with clear instructions and prompt responses. I highly recommend this apartment.

Das Apartment hat voll und ganz der Beschreibung entsprochen. Die Terrasse mit dem Meerblick ist wirklich einzigartig. Die Wohnung ist großzügig ausgestattet und es fehlt einem an nichts. Es war ein rundum wunderbarer Aufenthalt!

Traumhafte Aussicht, toll geschnittene Wohnung, hochwertig ausgestattet, gute Matratzen, überall Klimaanlage, schöne Wohnanlage mit tollem bewachten Pool (der auch nur dann benutzt werden darf, spanisches Gesetz), feinsandiger Strand, allerdings war im Meer direkt bei der Wohnung Algen, weswegen wir auch zu anderen gefahren sind (unsere Favoriten: Islantilla und Playa de Pesmar (Icona) mit super Chiriguitos). Wir fahren gerade beseelt nachhause.

Sehr schön gelegenes Apartment mit großem Wintergarten und Dachterrasse. Für jede Jahreszeit gut ausgerüstet, auch im Winter gut zu nutzen mit herrlichem Rundumblick nach Süden zum Strand. Direkter Zugang zum Strand, sehr sauber und sehr breit, wunderschön zum Laufen und für kleine Kinder zum Spielen. Zimmer und Küche sind gut ausgestattet, manches ist schon in die Jahre gekommen , wird aber kontinuierlich modernisiert. Ein schöner Aufenthalt, sehr zu empfehlen.

Superbe appartement avec une vue magnifique

Excellente semaine passée dans l'appartement d'Amuldena. L'appartement est spacieux, propre et très bien équipé. La terrasse est très grande et offre une vue magnifique sur l'océan. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine commune en cette fin septembre, ainsi que l'accès à la plage située juste devant la résidence. Tout est vraiment conforme à l'annonce et nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation. Merci à Almudena pour sa gentillesse.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen Wohnung sehr genossen. Alles war genauso toll, wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung. Hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit und die schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und hat alles, was man braucht.
