Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. After reviewing all of our communication channels, we were unable to find any messages notifying us of these concerns during your stay. We sincerely wish we had known, as we would have been happy to address them while you were still at the property. Had we been made aware, we could have sent our housekeeping team to inspect the patio and linens, as well as dispatched our maintenance team to evaluate the washer and any other maintenance concerns. Our goal is always to resolve issues promptly so our guests can fully enjoy their stay. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention now. The concerns regarding the worn linens, touch-up needs, mold on the patio, and the noisy washer have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for inspection and corrective action. Regarding the parking, we understand it can become limited during busier times since the parking is shared within the community. However, this concern was also never communicated to us during your stay. Had you reached out, we would have been happy to direct you to available overflow or additional parking options, if applicable, or assist you in finding the most convenient parking available. We also understand that the pool location may not have been as convenient as you expected. As a community amenity, its location is fixed within the resort and is reflected in the property's listing.
