About this property

Great condo for a family vacation in the heart of the Mt Washington Valley. This newly renovated condo is conveniently located trailside at Mt. Cranmore, a short walk to the Mt. Cranmore Mountain Adventure Park, 1.5 mile walk to town, 5 minute drive to outlets, and 10 minute drive to Storyland. We have an outdoor heated pool just a short walk from the condo. Pool area has lounge chairs, bathroom and changing room. There are plenty of beautiful mountain hikes nearby as well. There is a lot going on in the Valley but the summer atmosphere in this primarily owner occupied development is very quiet and relaxing.

This condo sleeps 8 people. Second floor has a master bedroom with queen bed, twin bedroom, twin bed loft and a full bath Basement has a queen bedroom, TV sitting area and full bath. Main floor has half bath, fully equipped kitchen and living room with large flat screen TV. Wifi, Cable TV, and washer/dryer included.

Family Summer Vacation

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. It's location was away from downtown, but still only minutes away. Location is key and we where within driving distance to all the places we wanted to see (Mt Washington, Lost River, Santa's village). Having the 3 levels was so convenient for the 2 families, with each their own full bath and space for privacy when needed. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys the outdoors, Mt Cranmore was right outside the back door so we were able to do some hiking and biking. A+

4th of July getaway

We had a great time at this rental. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located. Wood absolutely recommend to stay here!

Great time

This our third year in a row fantastic as always unit is beautiful comfy and decorated awesome. So much to do close by for family of young ones and for adults. this is a great place to stay.

This cozy but spacious condo has been in our family for over 25 years. In fact we own and occupy the units on either side of it! We all love to ski but have found we don't spend much time in the Valley in the summer so we've decided to offer this great vacation spot for weekly or more rentals.

Why they chose this property

The location if this condo is perfect for a vacation, possibly one of the nest around. You are close to all the restaurants and shops of North Conway, 10 minutes from Story land but also in a very quiet resort type location. The unit offer ski in/ski out in the winter so you can literally walk out the back door and explore summer time Mt. Cranmore, include their fitness center which is the largest in the Valley.
