Further back you'll find a transition to modern farmhouse with a picnic style dining table and 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully renovated with stainless steel appliances and gorgeous countertops. The floor level also has a full bathroom, new washer/dryer and one of the bedrooms with a queen bed and comfortable suede couch. Access the backyard through this room which features a large wooden deck, table, BBQ and massive wicker lounge furniture surrounding a fire pit on the AstroTurf (artificial grass) backyard.

Upstairs, you'll find the additional two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed, one equipped with a large-mounted SmartTV and the other with a dedicated work space including desk, chair, and large monitor. Another full bathroom connects the two rooms.

My family and i enjoyed our stay here! The house was very clean and well furnished, the beds were very comfortable. We were visiting for parents weekend at FSU and we were only 10 minutes away. Mandy was great to work with and responded to our questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute rental!

We stayed here through the weekend and it was the perfect little rental for what we needed. There was a slight slip up with check in, but the host was super quick to respond. The vrbo was extremely clean and it felt like a cozy little home for the weekend!
