Situated just 15 minutes from Sea Tac Airport, the cottage is also 20 minutes to Seattle and Bellevue (off peak travel times). For fun outings, restaurants and shops can be found in nearby historic Renton, while the "Renton Landing" area hosts Topgolf, Regal Cinemas and numerous dining and shopping venues. The cottage is also close to Westfield Southcenter Mall where you will find iFly Indoor Skydiving; ACME Bowling Billiards and Events; and the Family Fun Center. Should nature pull your interest, there are a variety of nearby parks, notables include Kubota Gardens, Coulon Park, and Seward Park, and numerous scenic mountain trails are a short 30-45 minute drive away. With close proximity to Seattle, Bellevue and SeaTac Airport, the cottage is nestled in a friendly neighborhood where walking about showcases lovely views of Mt. Rainier and Lake Washington. Additionally, outdoor spaces are steadily being transformed into a native pollinator garden and the general feel of the cottage, both inside and outside, is one of tranquility and coziness.
