Welcome to Froggy Top Lodge, our picturesque 4 bedroom log home in the mountains of the Laurel Highlands! You’ll be greeted with upscale furnishings and incredible views through floor-to-ceiling windows. Our thoughtfully designed mountain retreat is the quintessential outdoor getaway as it is centrally located between Seven Springs and Hidden Valley resorts, and Laurel Hill State Park & Forbes State Forest. Whether you're seeking outdoor adventure or just a little R&R, this is the place for you!

The Property
As you walk through the front door of Froggy Top Lodge, you'll be greeted by the beautiful wood work of this authentic log home. A powder room is immediately on your left, and the staircase to the upper floor is immediately on your right.

Down the hallway, the home opens up into the living area, kitchen, and dining area. The primary bedroom is also on the left of the living area. The living area is equipped with plenty of seating with its large sofa and two sitting chairs. Guests can enjoy the wood-burning fireplace at their leisure. Firewood is provided and is located on the front porch.

The kitchen and dining areas are well equipped with everything guests should need to cook a meal for a crowd. There is plenty of dining space for all guests (6-8 seats at the dining table and 3-4 seats at the kitchen island). The kitchen is stocked with stainless steel appliances, dishes, utensils, and some small kitchen appliances. A Nespresso coffee maker is available and coffee is provided. Please note: a limited supply of paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent are provided. Guests are encouraged to bring additional supplies.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, arm chair, desk, Smart TV, closet, and private ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a large dual-vanity, toilet, and walk-in tile shower.

The second and third bedrooms are on the upper floor of the home. Each bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and provides sleeping accommodations for 2 people. The third bedroom has a private balcony and high-powered telescope that guests may use to enjoy the stars at night. A bathroom is located between the two bedrooms. High-quality bedding and linens are provided for each bed in the home. Bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths are also provided for each guest.

The lower level of the home provides an additional living space where guests can play games or spend time together. This level has laundry room, full bathroom, and additional sleeping space for 4 guests (two sets of bunk beds).

Guest Access
Guests may enjoy the entire home to themselves. You're also welcome to enjoy the yard space, basketball/volleyball court, tire swing and picnic table, and the pond. Please use caution near the pond. Swimming is not permitted. Children should be supervised at all times.

Interaction with Guests
Al Meucci Real Estate is on-call 24/7. In the event that a guest experiences maintenance problems during their stay, they can contact Michele or Maddie at anytime using the phone numbers provided at check-in.


Other Details to Note
This home is located on a secondary gravel road, which means it may not be snowplowed immediately in the winter. We encourage guests to have four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles when traveling to Froggy Top Lodge.

A shuttle is not available for transportation to/from Seven Springs or Hidden Valley Resort.

Swimming is not permitted in the pond. Please supervise children at all times and use caution when around the pond.

The house is equipped with Starlink.
