This was the perfect place for a girlfriends' hiking/winery tour getaway. Location was ideal for visiting the various wine trails and the hiking at the local state parks. The house was spacious and cozy, well appointed and extremely comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again in a heartbeat if in the area.

It was great stay for (extended) Labor Day weekend. We book this house to spend weekend with our son who is at RIT. The house is beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully arranged with everything you could possibly need. It feels like home. The kitchen was a highlight, fully stocked and featuring brand-new appliances that made cooking a breeze. We also enjoyed the comfortable living room with the large TV, and the patio quickly became our favorite spot for morning coffee and an evening glass of wine.It is located in a quiet, peaceful setting while still being just a short drive from plenty of local attractions. Host communication was seamless, with clear instructions posted throughout the home for using the appliances, connecting to Wi-Fi, and checking out. It was the ideal spot to recharge, and we would happily stay here again.

We booked this property one year in advance for our daughter's graduation. The location is very convenient: about 20 minutes from Cornell University, Watkins Glen, and Grocery Store. The house was very clean and very good equipped. We enjoyed every minute of our short stay. The communication was super easy and fast, all instructions could be easily found. Big thanks to the owners!

The apartment had everything we could possibly need to cook and serve full meals. It was quiet and we loved being surrounded by nature while also close to Ithaca and Watkins Glen. Tonya got back to me immediately when I had a question. Check in was simple and we had no difficulties. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future!
