Recently renovated, this charming apartment boasts 3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 1 double bed. With 2 bathrooms one equipped with a bath and sink and the other a marble shower and sink with two separate WCs. There is a large living room and separate dining room. This 2nd floor Hausmann apartment has tall ceilings and air conditioning. Double glazed windows provide a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Close to the Louvre, Pantheon, the Marais, Sorbonne and St. Germain. The peaceful ambiance of the space, along with modern conveniences like WiFi and a combo washer/dryer, and very close proximity to the RER and Metro, make for an enjoyable stay. Air conditioned apartment on the 2nd floor (2 sets of stairs to climb), comprising:
-- Large living room, with 2 large sofas and tall ceilings and 2 double windows overlooking the Quai with views of the Seine and Notre Dame
-- A fully equipped stand-alone kitchen (fridge, oven, toaster, Nespresso, microwave, single unit washer/dryer, dishwasher)
-- 1 dining area with table and chairs for 10
-- 3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 1 double bed, with ample closet space
-- 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath tub. Hairdryer
-- 2 separate WCs
-- Large entry closet with iron and ironing board
-- Currently, no elevator access

Wifi throughout apartment. USB and USB C ports in all bedrooms and living area.

The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by professional housekeeper.

Simply stunning, spacious apartment in the most perfect location. Notre Dame was across the street, with restaurants and shops next door. I went with a group of 6 with 2 being small children and we had plenty of space. Kitchen was fully stocked and we appreciated the washer/dryer combo. It is truly a lovely, grand apartment.

This apartment was amazing. Honestly the location just cannot be beat for being in the center of everything to walk to and right at the Saint-Michel metro. And so much more that made it great, very spacious with three bedrooms, large dining area for family gatherings, well stocked kitchen. And really the loveliest large living room with french doors opening out to a view over the Seine and to Notre Dame. Easy to check in/out and the owner and local host were very accommodating when we wanted to extend our stay - Perfection in Paris.

I LOVE the central location. Close to everything - amazing restaurants, the sights like Notre Dame, the Louvre, the Seine. Its really a dream location. I can also hop on the RER from Charles de Gaulle or Orly and be here very quickly - RER station is a few steps from the home.

The view of the Seine - I love to open the floor to ceiling windows and watch the phenomenal view.
