Very pleasant small bungalow stocked with everything we needed to stay nearby to the beach for the month. Secure access to both common area garden and private bungalow. Common area included well maintained garden areas and shared fire pit. Other tenants were friendly and welcoming, but not intrusive. Our Boston Terrier enjoyed it too!

Amazing location, great place, stayed for a month and wish it was longer. For future guests - there are 2 free to use washers/dryers in a small utility room a very short walk across the courtyard. Everyone is really good about moving their stuff, so they were readily available. There is also plenty of street parking right outside the gate, I never had an issue finding a nearby spot.
