Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remove the trash and leave it outside the trash bins.
Gather all towels and leave them in the shower or tub.
Turn lights off and turn the heat to 63 degrees. Lock the door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests are not permitted to roam freely around the property without permission.
Guests are not allowed to explore the property at night or access any areas other than the house they have rented.
The rental cleaning fee includes cleaning the house and up to 3 loads of laundry. Each additional laundry load will be charged $40.
