Great clean and comfortable place. Close to all the Gainsville and surrounding attractions. Came into town for a wedding, place was perfect for 6 adults. Air conditioning worked well and the amenities were great.

The house is beautiful and immaculately clean in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were extremely comfortable and we all enjoyed our stay. Will definitely book again when we are back in the area!

Very clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay. Host was very responsive and provided a lot of details and information about the area. We were there for Winstar and a concert there. Great location for getting to and from Winstar with ease. The Coffee station and snacks were the best !

Super clean, quiet neighborhood, comfy beds, and I didn’t think I’d need the garage access but it was great with all the rain. Host Amy was very responsive and helpful. Stayed here for a wedding in Whitesboro and it was really convenient. 5 10/10!

Amy, our host was excellent with any questions we had regarding our stay there. Bedrooms very comfortable and in a great area with lots of restaurants and down town shopping close. We spent most of our time at Winstar casino, but loved the house being so close to the casino.
