Warm Cozy Atmosphere
Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 full bathrooms, all brand new appliances. Washer and dryer, brand new screened in patio. Nice quiet neighborhood. Just some simple guest rules....no smoking inside the home, extra cleaning fees will be applied, keep noise to a minimum after 10pm, if guest are found to have a party without Host permission, guest will be responsible for extra cleaning fees and the unfortunate event of the disruption alerting neighbors, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately. Please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.
