Enjoy our Southern California weather in our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom California Bungalow with a wide front porch and drought-friendly native landscaping!

This home is situated in a quiet neighborhood and is just a walking distance to Alamitos Beach. Centrally located in Long Beach and the 4th Street Corridor. It is 16 mins drive away from Long Beach Airport and an hour from Los Angeles International Airport.

Close to excellent dining, shopping, art, and the best of Long Beach has to offer!

Originally built in 1918 with tons of original charm but has a touch of modern design, you can enjoy the comforts of home in our bright, charming, breezy, and amazing beach getaway!

The cozy living area features a corner sectional sofa which is perfectly designed for relaxation.

In addition to many restaurants close by, we have a fully equipped kitchen that is beautifully designed with stainless appliances, and the dining area is a great place to eat and chat.

After a long day of sightseeing or working, please make your way into our comfortable bedrooms that provide the relaxation you need. Both the master and 2nd bedrooms have full-sized beds and an ensuite bathroom.

High-speed WiFi and street parking are all provided during your stay!

* The person making the reservation must be 25 years old or older.

* The garage is not available for guest use. Please be aware that a property staff member may occasionally access the garage during your stay. They will not interact with guests.

*The parking is available in front of the garage in the driveway for 1 car. The garage driveway is on Florida St (corner house).

* There is no washer & dryer available in the unit but the nearest laundry is just 3-min walk from the house.

Way overpriced

The pros were having a driveway on a very busy street and AC. Id recommend staying a few more blocks away from 4th Street as we saw some questionable things go on.We stayed in a house as opposed to a hotel because we wanted a kitchen. I will say they had mostly everything we needed, but the quality was pretty gross. The cabinets and drawers were all sticky, the pots and pans were all scratched up, etc. There were two showers, one was fine and the other wasn't even tall enough to stand under. The beds were comfortable, but all of the other furniture felt like a leftover college assortment. Couldn't even put clothes in the drawers without the bottom falling out. For the price, I would have expected to have things like tupperware, foil, extra garbage bags, a kitchen towel, extra bath towels, etc.
