*We do not have central A/C but have both ceiling and floor fans*

**Our home is not suitable for young children as we are located on the third floor of a condo building**

Quiet, gated condo by Downtown Long Beach. 2 bedrooms both come with attached baths. Includes in-unit washer/dryer and one free parking spot in a secured underground garage. Building has elevator access. Conveniently located between Orange County and Los Angeles!
