About the host
Hosted by Shawn
US Navy veteran and father of two. The downstairs is a private Suite with a separate private entrance that I stay in from time to time but normally I'm at my fiance's house. The driveway is huge you can fit eight cars in it. The lot is on 14,000 square feet fully fenced so bring your puppies or kitties.
Why they chose this property
What I enjoy most about my home is sitting out in the hot tub with a Valley View when the moon is out and complete privacy. I'll play music and light up the barbecue and I'm in a world all to myself it's a truly a resort experience.
What makes this property unique
What makes my house unique is is the largest lot in Kingsgate it's the only one with a Valley View as far as the eye can see with Mount Rainier views from the house and yard
