On The Beach! Welcome to “Outlook” at Seaside Cottages, the perfect vacation rental in Port Aransas, TX. This unique coastal home features incredible views from a large ocean-front deck, direct beach-access, a private fenced yard, and a pool. Congratulations, you’ve found the treasure!
The Space:
This is it! Watch the sunrise and check the surf from your bed. This is a second-floor unit, with two large, covered decks and expansive, unobstructed, front-row views over the ocean and dunes that are simply unparalleled in the region. This single-level 2-bedroom 2-bath beach house sleeps 6 comfortably, with an open kitchen and living room floorplan and washer/dryer. It is as close to the waves as you can get.
The driveway goes straight out onto the actual sand beach access road. There is a large guitar-shaped pool shared among the three houses on the property, with a large pool deck that can accommodate several groups.

Seaside Cottages is comprised of three newly-constructed but separate beach houses, available for rent individually or together. Each home has its own uniquely-curated design, view, and privately fenced yard. All three units sit on an acre of beachfront property. The three individual houses combined can sleep a whopping 20 people, which makes it perfect for wedding parties or family gatherings, offering a large capacity but also privacy between groups. We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Starkey Properties by Portoro uses smart locks with check-in details provided 48 hours prior to arrival by email and text message.

Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.
