Remodeled kitchen with granite counter-tops, Remodeled marble bathroom, luxury bedding, hardwood floors. Living Room has 65” OLED flat-screen TV, DVR. Gas Fireplace. Full size Washer and Dryer, Outdoor patio. Steps to the South Bay Front beach! Two car garage parking. Need groceries and/or beverages or other services our Concierge Service will have it waiting for you upon arrival. Our Concierge Service provides our guests with all the luxuries of a hotel, in the comfort of a tastefully appointed home. No animals allowed unless Service Animals

Great location and cottage

Enjoyed our 3 nights in the Diamond Cottage. Owner was very responsive, unit was clean and well stocked. Location was great to walk to the downtown area of the island, with lots of shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Balboa weekend getaway

We all loved staying in this beach cottage! Perfect location…so close to Bay Front Beach and the boardwalk. So many thoughtful amenities made our stay so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave! Very clean and excellent communication from the owner. Would love to stay here again!

Beautiful home and amazing location!

This home was exactly what we were looking for! The location can’t be beat and the garage was a huge benefit. We would love to come back! Lovely walk to the water, shops and great dining.

My daughters and I had a wonderful time. Location is amazing. Enjoyed all of it. The host did a great job with communication. House was very clean and quaint. We hope to be back soon.

Definition of Perfect

The quaint, clean and well-stocked cottage made our stay on Balboa Island perfect. Location to the water, South Bay walkway, and Main Street, was icing on the cake. Very reasonably priced for all that this beachy cottage has to offer.

LOVED this rental!

We loved staying here! It is a beautiful home with so much included! We sat out front many evenings, and walked along the bay every day. Just beautiful! It's a quiet neighborhood with easy parking. We would highly recommend this - there's nothing negative to say!

A Cozy Cottage Steps from the Beach

We had a wonderful time at this property! It was everything that we wanted. The location on Balboa Island was perfect- it was two houses from the beach, close to the little town and walking distance to the ferry. The owner was very helpful and the home had everything we needed. If you’ve never been to Balboa Island, we highly recommend this property to you. We are looking forward to returning soon!

Can't wait to come back!

Had an amazing stay! Every review that has been left previously is 100% accurate. This was my very first stay in a rental property so I was quite nervous about the whole process, but it was so seamless and hassle free that now I'm actually more nervous about staying anywhere else in the future! I can't imagine any other experience will live up to this one. Hope to visit again very soon!

Repeat stay at this cute beach cottage in great location, steps from water and Marine Ave for shops and restaurants. What we love is the nice roomy front porch for people watching and views of boats and water. We again enjoyed are stay! Highly recommend!

Family Weekend

This cottage was exactly as advertised - Clean, well equipped/furnished and well located. Everything about it was comfortable, cozy and available. Very nice gift basket and note awaited us! Plus, starter supplies of coffee, water and laundry soap. Our host Kimberly was very prompt with any/all questions, etc. Recommend very highly, and hope to return soon!

This house was a perfect stay! Everything was near by from restaurants, bars, market and the marina only 5 min walk. The house also had everything you need inside like in your home. The host was great she immediately responded when needed. Loved it! The stay here was perfect!

Wonderful Stay

The location is ideal! Cutest little town to walk around in. We stayed on first floor. Spacious and very clean. Every possible item you could possibly need or want is stocked. Had upstairs neighbors a few nights. They were quiet but you could hear them walking around. Next time we might stay on the top floor to avoid footsteps and walkers staring in our windows. Had a couple minor issues and the owner was very attentive and accommodating. Would highly recommend staying here.

Subdude but sublime Balboa...

Family stay between Christmas and New Years. Very quiet time on the Island, but still beautiful and serene. Well appointed cottage, and the only knock was trying to balance the 1 bath with Teenagers. But still fantastic, and kudos to Management Staff.

The home was charming and comfortable and the location was great! Walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops and just steps from the beach and walking path around the island. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for an excellent stay. Would definitely stay here again!
