Enjoy the views of the harbor, beach and boats from your kitchen, dining and living room.

This property is uniquely located, offering guests the views of Newport Harbor and just steps to the ocean. Just outside your door, enjoy the bay front beach and the view as the boats go by.

Professionally managed and maintained by BeachView Realty our local property manager.

The home is located on the second floor and is nicely decorated with three-bedrooms and two-baths. The living room has a large fireplace with dining room, a kitchen with all the essentials, and a private outdoor patio. There is also an office with high speed internet and desk.

Our unique location is directly across from a sandy bay beach with views of the beautiful Newport Bay, Lido island, and the boats of Newport Harbor.

The property is walking distance to the many attractions of the Newport Peninsula. Walk to the Fun Zone and the ferry to Balboa Island, or the many restaurants, piers or rent a bike and take a ride on the bike path to your favorite location.

The home has wonderful views. This is not your typical beach rental! We use the property as a second home..

The bedrooms are nicely decorated. The King and Queen bedrooms are spacious. The 3rd bedroom is Ideal for teens and or children and has a full size bed. Please note it is accessed through the master bedroom and entered from the patio deck.

Enjoy the boats passing by from your living and dinning room, a real treat everyday especially during the Newport Harbor Christmas Boat Parade. The bay beach across from the property is great for families. Have fun in Newport harbor on the water, as there are boat and kayak rentals nearby. You can also kayak or paddle board from the beach in front of the house.

This is a lovely property. Owner was quick and responsive when I contacted him. But one Big issue.. no ac.Very uncomfortable for social gathering/ having dinner. I stayed 4 nights.3 of them.. we had to eat outside because of the heat. Stiffing even with all the fans they supplied and all the windows and doors open. Cools off at night, but between 12 noon-6pm was miserable in the main living area.This could easily be solved if Owner invested in two ac units to put up on walls in the living room.It cools off by around 8pm so sleeping was fine.For the price I paid.. ac should be included . Book winter months and you will not have a problem.I was there last week of Sept. was 75-80 degrees and not fun during the day to be in the house.

The stay was fine, but the house needs windows. There are no windows to open. You got the fan, but you really need windows in the living room to get the airflow. It’s just stale and noisy with the fans and the TV should be upgraded. The sound is starting to crackle on the speakers, but the Availability of the TV just isn’t that good for the money we spend which I’ve stayed there three times already it should be upgraded a little more convenient.

Our family loved staying here! The bay is directly across the street - our kids played there sun-up to sun-down. We loved walking to the fun zone, the pier, and taking the ferry to the peninsula. We only live 20 minutes away but it was such a wonderful family getaway. Can’t wait to return!

Fell in love with the unique location of this property on the peninsula. Having a semi private beach in front of the house made this the perfect location. The Newport harbor is one the prettiest private yacht harbors in the world and having a view of it everyday from the living room made it even more special.

What makes this property unique

The bay beach is the perfect place to put out a beach chair and relax as you watch the sailboats go by. Perfect place to launch paddle boards and explore Newport harbor. Christmas time is really spectacular with the all the homes decorated and the watching the annual Newport Christmas boat parade right from the living room or stepping out to the beach and watching it as it passes by in front of the house is amazing.
