One-of-a-Kind Modern Masterpiece - Incredible Views, Privacy and Right in Town!

We recently completed construction of our one-of-a-kind guest house with the intent of being able to share our jaw dropping views and everything that is special about where we live. We love to host and pamper our guests, true deriving enjoyment from the process. Consider this house your home away from home while you visit Cave Creek. This amazing property features 1 bedroom with a luxurious king bed, a fully equipped bathroom, full kitchen, and exceptional living room with a super comfy couch. We have all essential amenities such as a washing machine/dryer, air conditioning, whole house filtered/soft water, Sonos speakers, full kitchen and high speed WiFi. The gorgeous interior and exterior deck provide tremendous comfort to make you feel relaxed and rejuvenated during your stay. We also have board games/cards, yoga mats, etc. We’ve tried to think of everything and are always open to ideas from our guests.

The house is a 5 minute walk to town where you can explore all the shopping, restaurants and activities that are unique to Cave Creek and Carefree. We invite you to come stay and create special memories and experience everything Cave Creek and Carefree has to offer!

This is a new beautiful one bedroom small villa with an excellent northern mountain view. It has a well appointed modern kitchen and a large comfortable deck with nice furniture and a good gas grill. The bedroom has floor to ceiling glass doors. The king size bed is very comfortable with high end bedding. The setting has excellent views and is private. Our hosts Steve and Emily are friendly, helpful and live next door. I’m glad we decided to stay here and hope to be back again.

Peaceful retreat, super host

This property is a dream home away from home. Very modern in design, luxuriously appointed with such care to the details and, of course, the location is so very special. Quiet, tranquil with breathtaking views and yet the heart of Cave Creek is within walking distance.Steve was so helpful when we arrived by showing us all of the smart home electronics and making us feel so welcome.It was a wonderful eight days and we look forward to booking another holiday in this stunning home.

This house was so thoughtfully designed. Every detail was perfectly done! We enjoyed our stay so much, we wish it was bigger so we could bring our husband's back with us. The view, the wildlife, proximity to town but feeling secluded, everything was just perfection. Steve was so kind and helpful with suggestions. We came in late and he made sure the porch lights were on for us. He gave us the best food suggestions and sightseeing things to do. We enjoyed our stay here and you will too!

Beautiful Villa

Grapevine Villa is a beautiful one bedroom with a small living area, a full kitchen, and a large back deck with plenty of seating and a breathtaking view. We are frequent VRBO renters and this property is easily a top one percenter. Modern, comfortable, quiet with beautiful vistas in a fantastic location..right in the heart of Cave Creek. We’ve already loved the Cave Creek area for many years and now we have an equally lovable place to stay. Steve and Emily have considered every detail, and are very accommodating hosts. They have gone way above and beyond typical VRBO hosts with regard to considering and providing for every detail. We literally needed nothing but food to enjoy our stay.

This home is truly exceptional, standing out as one of the best places we’ve ever stayed, and we are well seasoned VRBO travelers. From the moment we booked, Steven, the owner, was outstanding—friendly, communicative, and attentive to every detail, making our stay seamless and enjoyable. Great guy! The home itself is a modern masterpiece, thoughtfully designed and sited to highlight the breathtaking views of the sun-swept mountains. The serene and private setting offered a perfect escape into nature, yet it’s just a short two-block walk to the main town area, providing the best of both worlds. Watching the sunrise and sunset illuminate the mountains with ever-changing shadows was like gazing at a living painting—an experience we’ll never forget. Every detail in the home was meticulously considered, making it incredibly well-appointed and luxurious. Materials, amenities, appliances, electronics, etc. are all top notch. This property far exceeded our already high expectations and we look forward to visiting again soon. This is a VRBO we wholeheartedly recommend!

The spectacular views and industrial modern architecture immediately drew us to our home. Being two blocks to the town core but still with a feel of substantial space and privacy made for an easy decision to live where we do.
