LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Welcome to a sunny, casual and comfortable seashore vacation getaway just one block from the beach right on the Avalon/Stone Harbor border at 81st street - 2nd floor unit. This four bedroom condo invites relaxation decorated in a bright and cheery beach themed décor. NEW for the 2024 season is a beautiful fully remodeled kitchen that took down a wall to open up the room allowing for the addition of a kitchen island with fabulous Quartz countertops and all new appliances. Plenty of room to stretch out and entertain with kitchen seating for 8 plus 3 at the island plus a huge sectional couch in family room. Sliding glass door in the dining room accesses wraparound deck. Master bedroom suite has king bed, a shower bathroom, and sliding door to sun deck. Polka dot bedroom has full size with twin bunk and twin trundle bed to sleep up to 4. Blue room has a queen bed. Coral bedroom has 2 twin beds. Second hall bath includes a shower with tub. Enjoy family BBQ dinners sitting on the large wrap around deck at the large outdoor dining set with seating for 8 then relax on the comfy conversation set.

With only a one block walk to the beach, multiple dining options including The Windrift, Icona Avalon Brew Bub, Mack's Pizza and more within short walking distance and recreation center with playground for the kids across the street, this home is perfect for a fun and relaxing vacation!

Amenities include central air, gas BBQ grill, 10 beach tags valued at $35 per tag if you had to buy a weekly tag yourself, outdoor enclosed shower and private driveway parking for up to 3 cars. Full sized front-loading washer/dryer.

Please note no stays less than 7 nights Saturday to Saturday in July and August, Sheets and bath towels are NOT included. Stays less than 7 nights will have an added cleaning fee at time of booking. NO SMOKING OR PETS PERMITTED.

Perfect place to stay for Stone Harbor/Avalon Holiday weekend

I took my parents down the shore for the annual Holiday Weekend events in Stone Harbor and Avalon. Not only was this house clean and comfortable but it was in the perfect location. In the middle of the two towns without being in the noise and congestion of the festivities. Would stay here again!

Beautiful property in a great location

Property was clean and kitchen beautifully updated. Both indoor and outdoor seating and dining. Comfortable mattresses. We loved walking to the beach and up to the shopping areas. There are also great restaurants within a few blocks walk. Hoping to stay again!

Best of the Beach

The beach and recreational park within eyesight of the property was fantastic. The rooms were well maintained, with plenty of room for socializing. Very nice outdoor patio, with no noise from the surrounding properties. I would definitely recommend this location and would hope to stay there again.

Perfect spot and property for an adult lady group's gettogether

It was clean and organized, no surprises (which is rare compared to photos/description) and the landlord was very responsive for inquiries in advance/during the stay. The only wish is that you wouldn't need to bring own sheets and towels, takes a lot of space in car.

I rented this property for my wedding party. It could not have been better. Location is fantastic, and the accommodations are exactly as advertised. The kitchen was stocked with every kitchen tool required to prepare a great meal. We loved lounging on the deck. Would stay here again!

2nd vacation at this property

Very happy with our decision to rent here again. Location is perfect; 1 block to the beach, 13 blocks to WaWa and downtown Stone Harbor, 1 block from the parks & fields, and close to where my in-laws were staying (but not too close, haha!) Very spacious great room & kitchen and plenty of bedrooms for us and all the kids. Outdoor patio is great in the evenings (really hot during the day), and we were able to grill outside a few of the nights. Owner is very attentive & responsive, and I'd highly recommend this rental.

Great property in Stone Harbor!

Rented this property for New Years weekend and it was absolutely perfect for us. The place was very clean and well maintained. The location was perfect, being right on the border of Stone Harbor and Avalon, we could get to everything easily. The living space is perfect for gatherings. While we didn’t get a chance to enjoy what would be the summer aspects of the property, this was the perfect spot for our off-season getaway. The host was very responsive and willing to answer any questions. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Efficient no frills

Common area is the best part of the house. Roomy and cute. Beds aren’t the best and there are no extras included such as hand soap, body soaps and bathrooms had less than one roll of tp provided. Don’t like that stone harbor houses do not provide sheets or towels. Added inconvenience and coordination. Owner was very nice and accommodating.

We stayed for a weekend to attend a family wedding at the Windrift. The location was within walking distance which made things very easy. The unit was very clean, the kitchen was well furnished with everything we needed. It has a nice open living room which was easily enough room for us all to gather comfortably. Definitely a great condo for a family. Very nicely decorated, thoughtfully planned for maximum use and very well equipped kitchen. Conveniently located across SH rec area with pickle ball, tennis, basketball courts and fields--awesome to have right there if you bring the family. Several restaurants are in easy walking distance and town is 10 blocks away. This is a little busy area of Stone Harbor, but the condo is remarkably quiet. We were 5 adults and did not feel crowded at all. The wrap around deck is spacious, well furnished for maximum use, essentially another room. Owner is also very nice and quick to respond to any inquiries. Only things I would mention is if there could be one kitchen cabinet or shelf to store food items that renters bring--not a big deal but would be helpful--and the cleaning team may want to check the tea towels and oven mitts that prior renters stored away without laundering.

Perfect beach getaway!

My significant other and I had the best time! This house is perfect for a getaway. The space was much more spacious than we thought and would have plenty of room for more friends or family. Jennifer was an amazing host, very easy to contact and super helpful! Would highly recommend and hopefully stay again! The rental was clean and well kept, very up to date with everything you need! Short walk to the beach and a perfect distance to both Avalon and Stone Harbor shops/restaurants! I saw another review had mentioned the beach was “surf only” however if you walk just a couple yards in either direction from the entrance you are able to swim.

Great house, so close to the beach!

This is a great house! It’s very close to the beach and a wonderful playground right across the street. The layout is perfect - all the bedrooms are in the back of the house, with a door between the main room/kitchen and the bedrooms. Perfect for putting kids to bed and still enjoying the night! Jen, the owner, was incredibly responsive and very kind. I highly recommend!
