Cheerful 3BR Home - Hot Tub - Walk to Downtown
Enjoy a wonderful mountain experience at this multilevel 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom duplex home. We are a 10-minute walk from Frisco downtown, 5-minute drive to Frisco Bay Marina, and minutes away from hiking and bike trails. There is a park with a playground within a 5-minute walk. Close access to four major Ski Resorts and several Nordic Centers. Enjoy ample parking and a backyard deck with a hot tub. This is a perfect base for exploring the Rockies and for outdoors activities.
This spacious, bright duplex home has three levels with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
MAIN LEVEL houses the cozy but open living room space with a smart TV, kitchen, and a half bath. Dining space includes seating for 4-6 at the table and 4 at the island. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and ample counterspace.
** We just replaced the loveseat and two chairs in the living room with a sectional couch. We haven’t had a chance to update all listing photos, but added two pictures showing the new couch.
LOWER LEVEL is the master suite with a King Bed and a private bathroom with a double-sink vanity and walk-in shower. There is a walkout entrance to the front of the building.
UPPER LEVEL includes two bedrooms - one with a Queen Bed, one with two Full Beds (one of which is a Murphy Bed). There is a shared bathroom with a bathtub upstairs.
All bathrooms and the kitchen are beautifully remodeled and are stocked with everything you should need for a comfortable stay. There is a closet and a smart TV in each room. Free WiFi, washer/dryer, hair dryer, central heating. We provide a variety of kitchen equipment, dishes, towels, sheets, toiletries, cleaning supplies, etc.
OUTSIDE, enjoy the private yard with an outdoor lounge area and a hot tub. The hot tub and the yard are NOT shared with the other duplex unit and the fence provides for great privacy.
PARKING includes 4 parking spaces, 2 of which are in the garage that will hold skis or other equipment. Street parking is also available.
No pets allowed.

Excellent property overall. Well kept and plenty of space for my group of 5. Host was very communicative and the property was clean and ready for arrival. Short walk from downtown (restaurants/bars) and a very short drive from anything you could ever need in greater Frisco. We were to Copper Mountain well within 10 minutes!

The condo was very clean and well appointed. We had a plumbing issue which the owners promptly addressed. Location is great and easy walking to town and family park. The hot tub and deck were enjoyed by all. Only suggestion is landscaping needs attention.
