Welcome to our beautiful two-story home in the sought-after Lago Mar neighborhood, just minutes from Sandbridge Beach and the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. This spacious 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is ideal for families looking to relax, reconnect, and enjoy all that Virginia Beach has to offer.

Lago Mar is a charming, family-friendly neighborhood conveniently located near top outdoor attractions, including Back Bay Wildlife Refuge, local farms and produce stands, the Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Center, and, of course, the beach!

Please note: The primary guest must be 25 years or older to reserve this property.

3.Load and run the dishwasher; please empty it once the cycle is complete. 4.Remove all trash 5.Return all remotes 6.Cover outdoor furniture 7.Put away beach/sports equipment

We had a group of 4 siblings and their families and this was perfect for all of us with ample room for personal space as well as great common areas! Amazing rental for a family vacation!!!

Excellent Family Beach Vacation

The property was well maintained and was very comfortable. Plenty of amenities were available all through out the house to include a garage full of outdoor activity items and games for our 7 years of age and younger kids. The host provided constant communication throughout the process and provided contact numbers if anything was needed throughout our stay. Highly recommend this property.

Family of 14 summer vacation

The house had plenty of room for all of us. It is family friendly. When we arrived it was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and all cooking essentials. The deck and yard are very spacious. There was also everything you would need for the beach. It is a great location close to not only the Virginia Beach boardwalk but local family beaches as well. We highly recommend staying at this wonderful location.

Beach vacation

This house is in a great location and neighborhood! Beautiful home inside and out. 20 minutes from the VA beachfront, 8 minutes from Sandbridge beach. 10 minutes from water park, aquarium. Many shopping centers and restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Volleyball net set up in backyard, corn hole boards, bikes, ping pong table. We would highly recommend!

Granddaughter had a softball World Series tournament in Virginia Beach. So we came down to watch that and enjoy the beach. The house had enough room for everyone. We enjoyed it the ping-pong table, the bikes, all in all it was a Great week. Everything was within a 3 to 7 mile area. Well worth it.

Wonderful Home and Premier Host

There were 12 of us and a 1.5 year old. We had an amazing time in Virginia Beach which was made possible by the incredible home we stayed in. Everything was provided which made it very convenient from making meals, to playing volleyball or ping pong, to finally lounging/relaxing on the deck. The host thought of everything and was an absolute joy to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much from my family to yours!

Family Vacation

We chose to stay here for our family vacation because of the 7 bedrooms and proximity to Virginia Beach. The home was beautiful and clean and the host was extremely responsive when I messaged about a couple minor things, so overall it was really great. The only minor comment I have is that the property is listed as a 7 bedroom but it is not 7 bedrooms, it is 6 bedrooms and a pull out couch in a non-private sitting room. If there was some way to make that sitting room private than I could see listing it as 7 bedrooms. However, the home was easily able to accommodate sleeping everyone in our family so it wasn’t an issue. I would recommend it.

Wonderful Stay

The Zell’s place was amazing! From the beginning during the booking process to the very end, Cheryl was always available and a very good and sweet host! Their home is absolutely beautiful and very accommodating. We had 11 people, 7 adults and 4 children, and everyone was comfortable. We were all able to congregate in the common areas together for breakfast and dinner and the house is big enough for us to still have privacy if desired. The home is stocked with everything you could possibly need and has a very home away from home feeling. The neighborhood is quiet and 5 minutes away from restaurants and groceries. We enjoyed the short drive to the beach and other attractions like the aquarium and Busch Gardens (worth the 1 hour drive). We are very grateful to have enjoyed Cheryl’s home and would absolutely stay again if ever in the area. We loved your home, Thank You for your hospitality!!!!

Great place to stay

The property is located in a neighborhood. Very nice and safe area to take a run . It was conveniently located halfway between the more commercial Virginia Beach area and quieter Sandbridge beach. We were there for a family wedding . We drove to most of our destinations within ten minutes. The house was well stocked and it was great having so many bathrooms for everyone to get ready simultaneously. The deck was lovely and the house was well stocked with kitchen supplies , spices and condiments. Don’t bring mustard because there was plenty. It was great to have room to cook and gather to save money on meals out. Also everyone has plenty of space to decompress. Don’t bring beach supplies because they are all there along with some bikes! Convenient to shopping and any needs you can think of. We kept saying “Cheryl left us this and that “ pictures are completely accurate .
