The layout for our large family worked great - enough beds and meal spots for all! Quick 5-minute drive to the entrance of Mount Rainier National Park. Super communicative host.
We enjoyed our stay at Bearadise. There was plenty of room for our family, lots to do in the house to keep everyone entertained, and a great location to Mt. Rainier National Park. We also appreciated the little extras (like hiking poles).
Fabulous! She thinks of everything from well stocked kitchen to fun lights in the backyard to elevate your hot tub to a party. Super clean and well maintained, great for a family or group of hikers (us). If this place is free grab it!

Exceeded expectations! A beautiful, large property full of things to do. Everyone had a blast, plenty of room for everyone (13 total guests). The property manager was fantastic and everything was a breeze. Would definitely recommend and will definitely book again in the future!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We are delighted to hear the home exceeded expectations and that your group had such a great time. We would be thrilled to host you again anytime!
We stayed here for a girls hiking trip. The location was great. The house is located right outside of Mount Rainier and there were plenty of hikes within a 30 min drive. We were able to do a large group dinner within 5 minutes from the house. The house was quite large and we had plenty of space. There was one bedroom on the main floor. I loved that
We are very happy with our stay. The cabin is quite large and has nice king size beds. The toys were a hit with the toddlers. The hot tub was a hit with the adults. The game room was a nice bonus. Very nice full kitchen. I would stay again. Only negative I can mention is that there were old burgers left on the gas grill from previous visitors.
We were a party of eight adults over age 65.The location of this property was the best part. Very convenient to the Paradise entrance to Mt. Rainier. The men enjoyed the hot tub, sauna features, and pool/ basketball games. The women loved the large kitchen for meal prep and the long dining table for meals and putting together puzzles. This is a very large house with plenty of room to move about. Some cleaning issues we shared with the hostess. A few outdoor games (horseshoes and badminton) were missing pieces in the sets.All-in-all, we enjoyed our stay in a beautiful part of Washington State!!

Thank you so much for choosing our home for your stay near Mt. Rainier and for sharing such thoughtful feedback. We are happy you enjoyed most aspects of your stay!
We also appreciate you bringing a few items to our attention. The cleaning team unfortunately overlooked checking all the laundry machines for any forgotten items after the prior guests, and we apologize for that oversight. Regarding the soap dispenser, it actually contained fabric softener (not bleach) that hadn’t released properly due to a tripped latch, but we completely understand how concerning it must have looked. We’ve already reminded our team to carefully check all appliances between visits to prevent this from happening again.
As for the outdoor games, the badminton set is actually complete and it looks like a couple of horseshoes had simply been left in the wrong spot by prior guests - we’ve since made sure all pieces are back in their places.
We are so glad you enjoyed your time in this beautiful part of Washington, and we would love to welcome you back on your next visit to Mt. Rainier!
Loved the property and the details of the home, someone really cared for this place. There was only a few minor issues with our stay, unfortunately the power was out when the cleaners showed up earlier that day and they were unable to clean the floors so they were very dirty all weekend (we didn't have access to all the cleaning supplies). The BBQ could be replaced, it's in poor condition and it was difficult to cook one of the nights, and the stove range made it really difficult to cook because the lowest burner setting would be considered high in most homes. If these were addressed it would be a 5 star VRBO no doubt! Thanks for accommodating us :)

Thank you for your thoughtful review and for noticing the care put into the home - we are so glad you enjoyed your stay! We are sorry about the power outage and floors situation, and we regret you didn’t let us know about this during your stay, as we would have promptly addressed the issue. The BBQ burners did get a bit clogged and have been thoroughly cleaned as soon as you gave your feedback, and the stove is propane-powered, which can feel a bit stronger than a natural gas one. We checked after your stay though and were able to easily set all the burners to simmer. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back for an even smoother stay!
This review is on behalf of our group of 12, who were drawn to the house for its size and outstanding reviews, and we were very pleased with the beautiful, well-equipped kitchen and the home's proximity to Mount Rainier. However, our experience was significantly impacted by a few issues related to cleanliness. Upon our arrival, we found multiple items not belonging to us on four separate beds. There was a dress underneath one of the bed sheets, lipstick on the second, contact lenses and packaging on the third, and food crumbs on the fourth. We are grateful that a cleaning team was dispatched the following day, but we were concerned that only three of the beds received new sheets. Additionally, the dishwasher was not functional for the duration of our stay.We appreciate the owner's willingness to communicate and provide compensation for these issues. Despite these setbacks, we did have a good time and enjoyed the house for the majority of our visit.

Thank you for your feedback. Cleanliness and guest comfort are always the top priority to us, and our professional cleaning team of three spent several hours preparing the home prior to your arrival. Their work is routinely verified, and no previous guests have ever reported issues with bedding, which makes the situation you described highly unlikely from our perspective. That said, because we always strive to go above and beyond for our guests, once your concerns were raised, we immediately dispatched the team to refresh the bedding as requested.
Regarding the dishwasher, a technician was contacted immediately. While awaiting the repair, we provided paper plates and other alternatives so your group could continue to enjoy meals together.
Despite these efforts to address concerns quickly and in good faith, your group later requested a refund of more than 50% of the rental, citing lack of sleep and a disrupted vacation. From our perspective, this seemed disproportionate to the issues reported and felt less like a reflection of the stay itself than an attempt to secure compensation. We do, however, appreciate your acknowledgment of our communication efforts and that you were able to enjoy many aspects of your stay. We always remain committed to providing a welcoming, well-maintained home for all our guests!
