"Absolutely loved my stay! The place was spotless and packed with amenities – from coffee and a pool table to a swimming pool, poker, Catan, and so much more. Lovely place to stay

Comfortable, clean home in a safe, quiet neighborhood not far from plenty to do. Pool was pristine and heater worked well (we swam in February). Fun pool volleyball net was included. Beds were very comfy. You can tell the owners have made updates. Would certainly stay here again!

Relaxing oasis

We enjoyed the outdoor heated pool and grill in the private backyard. There were thoughtful amenities left in the bathrooms. As we stayed for a week having access to a washer and dryer was an added bonus. We would absolutely book this again for our February Florida trip. Suraj was very communicative with necessary information and answered questions promptly.

We had a great stay at the house. We were in town for a football tournament, so we weren't at the house in the day time. We wanted to do have s'mores at night, but the store was out of fire wood. The host was so generous. They surprised us with wood and had it sent right to the front door with in the hour!! That made the trip.

Nice Property

It’s a nice property and has all the amenities one could need (bonus points for the heated pool). Clean and well organized. The location is close to the airport and beaches. The host, Suraj, made sure everything was perfect till the end. Very communicative and responsive. Overall, we enjoyed the stay in the property.

Staycation

My family and I enjoyed our staycation at Suraj’s place. We really loved the pool and bbq area in the backyard it was a very nice set up with the plants covering the fence giving us privacy from the neighbors. Suraj was an excellent host, he was very prompt to respond to all of my questions. I will try to come back again with my friends in the summer. Definitely recommend his house for a nice vacation.

Beautiful!!!

This is a very beautiful house. So different and culturally so beautiful and very private backyard. There were so many things that I usually never find in other property. There are many little subtle amenities that I did not think I would find while booking this property -- coffee, baking stuffs, backyard specifically for pets, etc. I would definitely book this again if I visit Clearwater.

The pool was very dirty

We could have had a better time if not for the following issues: The pool had green water and was cleaned and ready the day we left the house. The city inspector came to the house for inspection.The garage door got locked and could not close.

Great short stay

Overall super happy with the property- the backyard and fire pit were great and the house was nice and clean. Suraj was very communicative and helpful the whole time. My only “gripe” was the pool heater was solar and it seems like it wasn't turned on to a hot enough temperature- by the time we checked in around 4 the sun was getting close to setting and there was nothing to be done to increase the temperature of the pool that late in the day. Fortunately it wasn’t freezing but still chilly to comfortably swim in especially at night. Hopefully the cleaning crew is able to set the temp high enough for next guests! Overall though a lovely experience and will definitively be back.

Nice but...

Beware and take pics of every imperfection on entry. Host is an opportunist that will send you an outrageous bill at checkout for normal things like dirty sheets. She also blamed us for damage that was there when we arrived, such as the pool table being scratched, and her garage door not working properly. We even bought darts for the dart board (because they were all broken when we got there) and were very understanding about not being able to use the pool because the heater was broken, and having multiple appointments being made during our stay for the broken Linae, pool / yard service etc.. as well as the nosy neighbor bugging us about the trash buildup from the previous tenants. Other than that, it was great.

This is so disheartening to find someone who first damages a house, does not respond to messages in the inbox, does not respond to calls from Vrbo support, and then provides a bad review here. You stayed there for almost 15 days, there were barely one or two guests in between your stay, and none of them could accumulate trash or damage the house like you did because the cleaners would always let me know when the house gets damaged. These are the few damages that you did: - The surface of the pool table is not usable anymore. I wish I could add an image here. - The backyard grass is all torn up by a dog (none of the previous guests had pets). - The laminate film on the glass door is removed. Why would you take out the laminate film of a glass door? - We had a pet fee but you never included them in your check-in to avoid fees. - We specifically had mentioned in Vrbo that we only allow cats and dogs as pets in our house, but the cleaners found a big pet lizard during your checkout. You have to respect other people's house rules. - There were dog feces all over the backyard. Cleaners do not clean those. You have to pick up after your pets. - The house was full of furs and had a strong dog smell after your checkout despite you not paying the pet fees. - The heated pool was never mentioned in the property when you had booked the property. I brought it up to you and I wanted to install/fix it to provide a better service for you and future guests. - And, the multiple service appointments had to be made during your stay because the whole city had been impacted by Hurricane milton, and service contractors could barely provide me specific concrete time slots to get things fixed and hence multiple appointments.

I booked this Clearwater rental just over two weeks before my son’s baseball tournament. Then, six days out, the tournament bumped our group due to too many teams. I reached out to cancel, but the host flat-out refused a full refund, strictly enforcing the terms and conditions. I’ve never had a host unwilling to work with me before. Rather than lose over 800, we were forced to make the trip anyway.The property is sadly run-down. The front door greets you with bubbling paint and a broken, barely attached handle. Step inside the master bedroom and the damaged threshold immediately trips you—I caught myself, but it could’ve been bad. The master bathroom faucets look untouched by cleaning for years, and the shower grout is heavily covered in mold.Recreation? The dartboard is broken and lying on the floor. The pool table has just two unbroken cues. The pool itself is murky with debris at the bottom. The “grill” is a rusted-out charcoal pit that barely functions, paired with filthy utensils and zero charcoal provided. For a place that sleeps 9, there weren’t even enough utensils for our group of 5.Worst of all, mold isn’t limited to the bathroom—the AC vents were pumping it into the air. We didn’t connect the dots until day two, when my wife and kids started constantly sneezing and feeling unwell.Overall, this was a stressful and unhealthy experience. The location was convenient for the tournament area, but the condition of the home made it a big letdown. Think twice
