Welcome to this beautiful home located in the luxury‐gated community of Sea Oaks. Sunny and bright, this 3 BR, 2.5 Bath home comfortably sleeps 6. Located in the Courtside Homes at the Preserves area of Sea Oaks with a private heated pool and hot tub exclusively for Courtside Homes residents. Less than a 3 minute walk to the pool and tennis club. Miles of pristine beach are just a short walk/bike ride for those days you want to swim in the ocean, walk the beach or sit in the sand and read a book. This home features a first floor large master bedroom, elegant master bath with two sinks and double shower, and large walk-in closet. There are two additional bedrooms on the upper level, one with a queen bed and another with two twin beds, with a shared full bath. A washer/dryer, along with an extra refrigerator, is located in the large attached two car garage. The kitchen features all updated/state of the art appliances, built in cabinetry, and a breakfast bar (newly renovated). The living room has a sofa and two club chairs with a flat screen TV and wireless Blu-ray DVD player (smart TV w/ streaming; no cable). The dining table seats six and leads to a small patio area with an outdoor grill.

Wonderful vacation home in an excellent location

This house is well equipped and well appointed. Sea Oaks is a beautiful complex, especially if you are a tennis buff. The master suite has the best shower ever off any unit we have rented. The owner is most welcoming and helpful. Totally delightful in every way.

A vacation that was heavenly

We spent the month here and it was a taste of heaven. We loved the place and look forward to going back again. We loved waking up and making our own breakfast, next we played tennis and went to the beach club where we had an excellent late lunch. The beach just below the beach club was wonderful...what a perfect setting and we relaxed and had superb weather too. The services and amenities were perfect. We usually dined at the great restaurants in Vero, but absolutely loved the beach club's food and service too, so always did lunch there and sometimes a cocktail by the pool before heading to dinner. Can't wait to go back again...the place was great and we feel like it is the perfect get-away. The owners were a pleasure to work with too. Thank you both again.

We enjoyed a fabulous, relaxing month in Vero Beach Sea Oaks. This home was beautifully appointed with cheerful, bright decor, spacious rooms and everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation in a home away from home.It's tucked away on a private cul-de-sac and is steps away to the tennis center and beach.The jungle trail runs along the river and provides great opportunities for walking and biking. The community of Sea Oaks is very welcoming and it didn't take long to be included in tennis and other activities.The environment is lush with tropical trees and plants and I couldn't help thinking that we had landed in paradise. Another plus is that the area is relatively uncrowded with minimal traffic.There are plenty of restaurants and other activities available "off campus" as well.One of our favorite features was the cross walk button that stopped traffic on A1A almost instantly so that pedestrians and bikers could safely crossover to the beach.It's the little things that make the difference. The owners were helpful and responsive.

Clean, comfortable and well appointed!

When we opened the door we knew we were home! This home is comfy and welcoming. The furniture and décor reflect a family-friendly atmosphere with lots of comfy chairs, pillows and a pretty sofa. The two-story lay-out is nice for television and conversations away from those sleeping upstairs. The beautiful porch and the patio were great places to eat or read under the branches of the live oak trees. Plus, the Tennis Club and pool were steps away and used every day by the tow of us. Sea Oaks has it all - beautiful beaches, great pools, biking opportunities and even a chance for fishing. We were very pleased with our accommodations and the owners were very easy to work with and kept in touch with us quite often. We all hope to return there again sometime.

My family and I really enjoyed our time in beautiful Vero in a charming welcomig home. Superb!

The community where the home is located has besutiful facilities. We played tennis, rode bikes, and enjoyed the fantastic pool by the beach with its magnificent views and outstanding service. Kayaking was the ultimate treat, watching families of dolphins very close to us was the best! We enjoyed fantastic weather through our visit. I am an Interior Designer and considered my self picky when it comes to rating homes. This one was totally charming, we'll taken care of, and with lots of character. Really liked it a lot! It is evident that the owners have put lots of love and care into it. Overall it was wonderful and we will be back for more! Totally recommend it if you are looking for a peaceful, easy and gorgeous place to spend your vacation!

Best place we've stayed in all our years!

Best place we've stayed in all our years of coming to Sea Oaks! The home is spacious and ready for a complete and joyful vacation. We loved it! It is located on a private lane, affording a lot of privacy, and in close proximity to the Tennis Club. It is very well furnished and stocked with anything you may possibly need. The facilities, especially the Sea Oaks fitness center and Tennis Club are the best on the beach. I love the upstairs Library too! Food at the club was delicious. It's also an easy drive to Ocean Dr. for shopping and great dining. Lisa and Jay were a pleasure to work with and checked in with us occasionally to ensure we were enjoying our stay. We miss it so much and hope to return soon next year....tough act to follow!! Five stars all the way! Thank you both for sharing your space with us. Martha and Joe

Over the top fantastic!

We spend two glorious months here and it was a welcome change from the cold New England weather. The home was spectacular! Well appointed, extremely clean, and very comfortable. Steps from the pool, hot tub, and Tennis club made our entire stay relaxing and enjoyable! The home is conveniently located to anything and everything Sea Oaks has to offer. We filled our days with beautiful strolls on the beach, bike rides, sanctuary walking, bird watching, eating at fantastic restaurants within minutes, and simply kicking back at home!! We will most definitely be back - it is extraordinary!

Fantastic Vacation Getaway

We spent an awesome few weeks at this house and have to say this was one of best vacations ever! First and foremost, Jay and Lisa (owners) were a joy to work with - in addition to being very helpful in our preparations, they went above and beyond to insure we had a great time. The house is wonderfully laid out and included everything from towels, linens, silverware, dinnerware, bicycles, kites, etc. There are plenty of good beach chairs and beach towels. The house is nicely furnished, in great shape, and it is immaculately clean and well maintained. The beautiful landscaping, old growth trees and Spanish moss, around the buildings add to its charm. The highlight for my family was the beach, which we frequently had to ourselves. In addition, we rode the bikes a lot as there are great bike trails (Jungle Trail) in this area. My daughter and I love to cook and the kitchen is better equipped than my kitchen at home. It is a comfortable kitchen to work in. If cooking is not your thing there are some great restaurants (Osceola Bistro and Squid Lips are fun) minutes from the Sea Oaks and the house. We also kayaked on the Indian River and had a blast. In sum, we LOVED going to Vero Beach and staying at Sea Oaks..and we found our interactions with Jay and Lisa to be an absolute joy. We look forward to coming back again soon. A Heavenly Place

This is one of the nicest homes we have ever stayed in and the pictures were exactly what we expected! Everything you could possibly need was provided for our use. The beds had new mattresses and were very comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were newly renovated and were wonderful. The place had everything we needed! It was very quiet and peaceful in Sea Oaks and the oak trees and Spanish moss were beautiful. There is a private heated pool and hot tub exclusively for Courtside Homes residents, which was delightful and very peaceful, an easy walk from the house. We had a wonderful time exploring the beach, which is an easy walk or bike ride away. The ocean and beaches were picturesque. The new Beach Club was astounding an absolutely wonderful experience! The food was delicious and the service was great! If you are looking to rent a home in the Sea Oaks, you will not find a nicer one. The owners were great and made the whole experience a real pleasure. Thank you again, and hope to see you next year!

My parents and lots of their friends retired here and we fell in love with the community in general and Sea Oaks in particular.

What makes this property unique

We love this home! It’s bright and sunny and gets lots of sunlight! It's located on a private lane with two other homes and centrally located within Sea Oaks, affording easy access to both the tennis and beach club, and the riverside and Jungle trail. It's less than a 5-minute walk to the pool and tennis club. The Courtside Homes at the Preserves area of Sea Oaks affords a private heated pool and hot tub exclusively for Courtside Homes residents. The miles of pristine beach are just a short walk/bike ride for those days you want to swim in the ocean, walk the beach or sit in the sand and read a book. The beach is beautiful and host to thousands of nesting sea turtles and the result at night is a view of the ocean that is unusually natural for a beach. Without lights spilling over the dunes and onto the ocean, the white sand and breaking waves are lit only by the stars and moon overhead. The lack of lighting may have been designed with sea turtles in mind, but the effect for humans is equally spectacular. We love walking on the beach at night, it really is beautiful!
