This updated two-story townhouse in Lake Forest Glen offers a clean, comfortable base for your Tahoe getaway. Fresh paint and new flooring give the space a bright, well-kept feel throughout.



The open main floor centers on a living room with a gas fireplace — a natural gathering spot after a day on the mountain or out on the lake. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked for cooking real meals: pots and pans, glassware, dishware, and the basics like foil, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. A dining area sits alongside, and a private deck with outdoor seating is just beyond.



Upstairs are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with a half bath on the main floor for guests. An in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays and ski weeks easy. Free parking for two vehicles is right outside the unit.

In winter, Palisades Tahoe and Northstar are both a short drive, making this a practical basecamp for ski trips without the chaos of staying slope-side.

*Community amenities are managed by the Lake Forest Glen HOA and their hours and seasonal availability are set by the HOA, not by us. For current hours during your stay, check with the HOA office on arrival.



*We provide a pass for guest access to these facilities on mantle above gas fireplace.



*There is no grill at this unit. The HOA does not permit private grills on decks.



*Your check-in instructions will include the unit number (#157) and a photo of the front door so you know exactly where to go.
