Spacious 2-Bedroom Townhome – Your Perfect Getaway
Welcome to this spacious and stylish two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome—your ideal retreat for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The main floor features a cozy living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large island, perfect for cooking meals and entertaining. A convenient half bath is also located on this level for added comfort. Step outside to your own private, fenced backyard, an ideal space for enjoying the outdoors in peace and privacy.

For added convenience, the washer and dryer are located in the unfinished basement. Upstairs, you’ll find two generously sized bedrooms, each featuring a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and a TV. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Additionally, a dedicated workspace on the second-floor landing provides a quiet and comfortable spot for any work or study needs.

This townhome offers everything you need for a comfortable, enjoyable, and convenient stay. Whether you're here for a short getaway or an extended visit, you’ll find the perfect blend of space, comfort, and amenities.

House Policies & Important Information:
To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, please review the following:

Pet Policy: We are dog-friendly only. A non-refundable $100 pet fee will be manually added after booking to cover additional cleaning costs. Please note: only dogs are allowed—failure to adhere to the pet policy will result in a $200 fine.

No Smoking: Our home has a strict no-smoking policy. A $250 fine will apply for smoking inside the townhome.

Lost Items: We are not responsible for items left behind. If you would like an item returned, a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs will apply.

Long-Term Stay Fee: For stays longer than 21 days, a $50 long-term cleaning fee will be manually added after reservation confirmation.

Late Check-Out: Any unapproved late check-out will incur a $50 fine.

Starter Essentials: A complimentary starter pack of essentials, including toiletries and paper products, will be provided to help you settle in. For longer stays, please plan to purchase additional items as needed.

Great place to stay

This townhouse was situated perfectly for our needs! Quiet neighborhood and was safe to go running in the area. Townhouse had everything that we needed. Very clean and tidy. Love that we had good off street parking. Excellent communication from the agency also!

Good communication from host. We stayed at this property while visiting family in the area. It was very comfortable for us. Both bedrooms have comfortable kind beds, one firmer than the other, which was perfect for us. Fenced back yard was handy for our dog to be able to go out. Dames park is just a few minutes away by car (less than 5) and we went there nearly every day to walk our dog. Our only suggestion would maybe be a more comfortable sofa. We appreciated the availability of the washer and dryer and it was also very nice to be able to park in the garage.

Fall Get-a-way

I like that it was in a normal neighborhood and that I could see the Library from the kitchen. I used that Library so much when we lived in O'Fallon. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable! Loved the Keurig!

Perfect for my needs

Two story townhouse on a cul-de-sac. Had a quick stay and was nice. Temperature of house was good, safety and fenced in backyard was nice. Comfortable bed and enjoyed the separate desk upstairs by the bedroom for a work area. Bathrooms are a little small but work great and met my needs fine.

Great, clean, comfortable place with great host

The place was clean and comfortable. The kitchen appliances were all quality products that worked well. Also nice were the chairs on the back patio, and the fact the backyard was fenced for privacy. The host was very responsive to any communication. The location was good and the price was right. I highly recommend this townhome, and would definitely stay again.
