Newly completely renovated 2-bedroom, 2 full bath condo with bar.

Your Bradenton adventure begins at this 2-bedroom condo. With 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed, this cozy space is perfect for small groups or families. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like first floor with no condo above, parking spot directly in front of unit’s front door, lanai with A/C leading out to the beautifully landscaped, enclosed and locked common pool area, WiFi, AC, washer/dryer, built-in brand new, never used, double kegorator and a wine cooler. I have not included pictures of the two bedrooms, laundry area and lanai because I did not have any and I am home in NH now. If there is any interest in renting ASAP, please let me know and I will attempt to get down there ASAP to remove my belongings. Thanks for looking!!

I am from New Hampshire and this is the first time I am renting my newly-renovated condo.

Why they chose this property

All of my neighbors in Cluster 1 of Pebble Springs are wonderful people. One does not Eve need to use a vehicle here. Winn Dixie and Bealls are a 5 min walk as are many other stores and restaurants. The complex is 3 blocks from the beginning of the causeway on Manatee Ave to Anna Maria Island.

What makes this property unique

My newly-renovated condo is unlike any other in Pebble Springs. It has a two sided bar height area for eating and entertaining.
