With 7 bedrooms offering a mix of queen, twin, and full beds, along with 4 bathrooms featuring a large stall shower, 2 claw foot bathtubs, hair dryers, etc., this property provides ample space and comfort. (The outdoor shower is especially fabulous.) Enjoy the convenience of amenities like high speed WiFi, AC, kids' items (pack n play, baby bathtub, high chairs, kids' dishes, etc), and HE washing machine & dryer. This house has been enjoyed by four generations of our family. In fact, there are even QR codes sharing stories and history about the house. Please put any sheets you used on the floor or in the laundry baskets provided for each room.
Please put any towels you've used into the bathtub or shower so our cleaner can grab them easily. Thank you!

Perfect spot to enjoy Falmouth and Buzzard's Bay, with very accommodating wraparound porch and unique architecture and design. The check-in process was seamless and the kitchen and grill ready to go, with easy access to the excellent, large porch table and dining room.

Best Bachelorette Stay!! We had the absolute best weekend. The house is beautiful, the instructions covered everything and we were so pleasantly surprised by the beach access. The house was perfect for our girls weekend! A beautiful porch big enough for everyone to have dinner and watch the sunset. We were pleasantly surprised by the private neighborhood beach - but would recommend bringing water shoes as it is a bit rocky. The house was fully equipped with everything we could have needed & Melissa was a great host!

We had a wonderful time at this spacious and charming home! Everything was immaculate and the house is beautifully appointed. Check in was simple and I was able to easily contact the owner when we had a question! The access to the beach is a lovely walk down the street to a neighborhood beach (with an adorably active osprey nest!) I actually cannot say enough about how great our stay was at this beautiful home!

We are the fourth generation of our family to own this house. It has so much history, love, and joy in it! In fact, we've included QR codes next to many items in the house so you can have fun reading the history and/or stories about the house and the family.

Why they chose this property

Gunning Point, when my great grandfather first bought this house had only 5 residences on it! Can you imagine?! In fact, in our house you can see some photos from back then. While there are more houses on the street, it is still a serene, quiet neighborhood, perfect for getting away from it all while only being 10 minutes from Woods Hole or the center of Falmouth.

What makes this property unique

Our house has the perfect blend history and new amenities. Enjoy the beautiful original woodwork, the curved walls, the small historical details while also having a contemporary kitchen with new appliances and usb towers for all of your electronics. Have fun using the QR codes around the house to learn about the history of the house and fun stories!
