Two cozy bedrooms featuring one queen bed, one bunk bed with two full size mattress and a big sectional couch for lounging after a long day on the beach or boat. This beautiful property offers essential amenities like free beach parking, golf cart, private laundry, WiFi, heating, and AC. We look forward to welcoming you to our place and please ask if you have any interest in booking a water adventure such as Sunset Cruise or fishing trips!! Our family owns a local business that specializes in getting you out on the water on our beautiful Crystal Coast.

The place was perfect for our Memorial Day weekend getaway. A block from the beach and close to all shops. The owners were excellent. I thought we had a problem with the sink and called them and she responded immediately. Then it turned out the sink was fine (MY MISTAKE) and they were so kind about having to come out for no reason. Really appreciate you renting to us. Will be back!

I highly recommend this cute home away from home. The location was excellent. It was quiet, and within walking distance to a sunset pier, a wooded trail, restaurants, shops, and the beach. The beach towels, chairs, golf cart, and private parking were highly convenient and appreciated. The house was functional. We had everything we needed for cooking, coffee and tea. The pot and pod coffee machine was a nice plus. Tesse was easy to work with though we didn’t need to contact her for anything while there. I would stay again.

Great cottage in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage and hope to go back! Very clean, cute decor and it had everything we needed. The golf cart was a huge plus getting us to the beach. Beautiful park nearby to watch the sunsets.

Quiet neighborhood with access to great things

We loved this place, the only downfall was we were unaware of the golf cart rules and it was unable to haul everyone in my family ( which was a big reason ) we booked. The house was clean, kitchen could use more essentials, but overall it was a great stay!

The golf cart rules are posted on the fridge and the cart it’s self (as required by the town). I’ve since dropped the # of people allowed to stay down to 4, not because of the golf cart capacity, as that is a bonus amenity, but because of wear and tear on the house. As for the kitchen, you have what you need to make a basic meals. Various size pots, pans, boiling pots, strainer, various size bowls, baking sheets, toaster, casserole dish, measuring cups.

This was our second time staying at this property and we hope to be back in the spring. The location is perfect with access to the sound and the ocean. The golf cart is a major plus. We were able to get around to local restaurants and the beach. The house is clean and had everything we needed. Our dogs enjoyed their stay as well. Thanks again, Tesse, for sharing your lovely home!

The owner was excellent. Very communicative with important details and responsive to my questions. Having access to the golf cart was amazing. The recommendations made with the sunset cruise and the private beach made this trip amazing for all of us. Everything I forgot was already at the house.
