This cozy 3-bedroom home with a covered deck is perfect for family adventures or a peaceful nature getaway.

1 minute from ATX Wake Adventures, 2 minutes from Lake Travis Zipline, 4 minutes from Volente Beach Resort, and 30 minutes from downtown Austin. Close to great restaurants and shopping at Lakeline Mall.

A private hiking trail begins right behind the house, wonderful to explore the outdoors. Note: there is no direct walking access to the lake from this.

- Carport: 3 cars (stacked)
- Visitor parking: 1 car
- Extra parking: across from the “Deliveries” sign in the photo — fits 5 cars (good for small boats, Uber/Lyft, or taxis)

The house is stocked with many things you may need: refrigerator, microwave, washer, dryer, phone chargers, games, toys, smart TV (Roku/Youtube), solar/LED lights, pots, pans, utensils, dishware, snacks, drinks, coffee, paper plates, zip lock bags, lighters, batteries, fever/headache meds, first aid kit, scissors, linens, towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, trash cans/bags, insect repellent, umbrellas, fire pit, outdoor dining set covered by roof, etc. Every room also has a northern light/aurora projector.

The property includes one king bed, one queen bed, two single beds, and one queen-size air bed, as indicated in the listing photos. Kindly ensure that you and your guests have suitable sleeping arrangements before booking.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
The check-out time is 12:00pm. If you have used dishes/towels/trash bag etc, you don't need to clean anything and just leave them in the house. Our cleaning crew will take care of them later today.
Double check that you collect all personal items. If you forget anything, you can come and pick it up before 2:30pm.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If you have well-trained pets, we allow them with pet fee.
Travis County has noise ordinances: no loud sound outdoors is allowed between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM in order to prevent noise from disturbing neighbors.
Booker shall provide Host with an accurate guest count prior to the check-in date.

An amazing winter staycation!

The perfect place for hosting a small group or family trip. The view is remarkable and the spaces were well kept with all the amenities we could think of. We especially appreciated the toys and games for our little one.

We always ensure our listing accuracy as all photos were taken directly at the property. The guest requested a full refund after the cancellation deadline. We therefore declined the guest's request according to the refund policy. However, the cleaning fee has been refunded after the guest check-out because the property was kept clean.

Just what we needed for a weekend visit to lake Travis

Secluded but accessible spot. We especially loved the spacious deck with sweeping view of the hills and lake Travis.The short hike right out of the back door was a great way to stretch our legs and check out the local flora.We also appreciate it that the house was very well supplied. There were multiple sets of kitchenware, the charcoal grill had everything ready for use. Plenty of games, puzzles and interesting objects around to keep our middle schoolers entertained.
