Sleeps Up to 12 Guests: With three bedrooms, two sleeper sofas, and a cozy bunk bed in the downstairs basement, there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax and recharge.

Prime Location: Just minutes from Summersville Lake State Park, Gauley River, and New River Gorge National Park. Perfect for hiking, rafting, climbing, or just enjoying the stunning scenery.

Luxurious Living Room: 65” 4K Smart Roku TV for movie nights or stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi.

Game Room Fun: Foosball, ping pong, air hockey, and classic board games provide entertainment for all ages.

Guest Limit: The home accommodates up to 12 guests. Please ensure your group stays within this limit.

No Parties or Unauthorized Guests: Only registered guests are allowed. Exceeding the 12-person overnight limit without prior approval will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation.

No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home.

Noise and Smoke Monitoring: Minut devices are installed in the living areas to help maintain a safe and peaceful environment. These devices monitor noise and smoke levels but do not record audio. They are calibrated to ignore everyday household sounds.

Additional Fees: Exceeding guest limits, smoking indoors, or hosting parties will result in additional charges, as per the house rules.

Please note that pricing will vary based on the size of your party and number of pets.

PETS:
We happily welcome up to two (2) dogs (under 50 lbs) at our home. There is a $100 pet fee per pet for the stay. Please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing any furry friends!

- If you’re bringing a pet, please be sure to clean up after them. We also recommend taking them along on your outings — there are plenty of dog-friendly activities in the area to enjoy together!

We enjoyed the hot tub Friday evening after stopping for dinner on our way in. Saturday we explored the New River gorge area and then relaxed on the patio and used the grill. It was a very nicely done and clean property!

Great location that real very close to the lake in a nice neighborhood. Perfect amount of space, kids loved the hot tub. Excellent communication with host! We were visiting from Colorado and wanted to see the lake. We booked a pontoon tour through ACE and loved it. Also checked out their waterpark and that was a hit too. Thank you!

The house was perfect for us. We liked having a grill outside. The hot tub was used in the evenings (when it wasn’t raining!) and the dining room table was great for games and our big puzzle. Lots of towels, even for the hot tub. The location is good, just a quiet neighborhood with some cute dogs in their fences to peep. Close to everything we wanted to do.
Sunshine scoops ice cream is amazing. I recommend the blackberry cobbler
