Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There is a hairdryer in the bathroom
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved parking stall. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Community Swimming Pool
Hot Tub: No Hot Tub
Gym or Fitness Room: No
Air Conditioning: Wall mount air conditioner unit
BBQ: Community BBQ at the pool

Kona Riviera is an ocean front complex in the quaint town of Kailua-Kona. Please note that there are stairs leading down to unit 102. There is not an elevator.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Beautiful Ocean Views

This place is just as advertised. The ocean waves are right out from the lanai. The condo is nicely remodeled and tastefully decorated. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is amazing!! The view is unmatched, and having the ocean literally just outside the door is incredible. The sounds of the waves were mesmerizing. Inside, the property was exactly as pictured (or beyond), and well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable, and other than the sounds of the ocean, it was very quiet. The windows along the side made the space feel larger, and with the privacy fence and plants, it felt as if we were in a much larger place. We would definitely recommend, and stay here again if we're back in Kona!

Family get away

This condo was newly updated, very clean and well equipped with cooking supplies, linens and gear. The view is fantastic and we enjoyed many mornings and evenings on the patio. Thank you!

My favorite Vrbo stay ever

Property was as described, clean, beautiful setting right on the ocean. Had everything in the rental we could need . Very nice recent update. Daily spent most of our awake time while here sitting outside enjoying the ocean. Have already sent the link for the place to my entire group. If available when we are back in Hawaii, We will try and stay here again. 1.5 mile walk to the restaurant district makes access there easy also. And just a couple of miles from grocery. Great point to head to most anywhere on the island from. Love this place.

Great Place to Stay in Kona

Loved this place. Loads of sunlight into unit with a lot of windows on two walls. Deck is right up against a sea wall with breaking waves into rocks and sea wall. Nice pool right off the deck. Large TV's in bedroom and living room. Excellent A/C throughout. Nice kitchen with large island. Plenty of quality beach accessories in outside closet. Great location not far from downtown Kona. Would definitely stay here again. My wife is very picky of the places I find, but she loved this one. That says a lot!
