Modern 2 Bed with Large Balconies - Pool & Sea views, Sun all day

Based in the idyllic town of São Martinho do Porto, just a 2 minute walk from the spectacular shell shaped bay & promenade which offers water sports, cafes, bars & restaurants. The complex boasts the largest pool in the town, containing both an adult & children pool, playground, secure entry & exit available only to residents, ideal for families with young children.

The apartment's position provides balcony views from two sides, both full length balconies equipped with table, chairs & sun-loungers to enable you to dine al fresco or laze in the sun from sunrise to sunset.

The bedrooms contain two single and one double bed, plenty of storage. The spacious living / dining area contains two large sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed, providing comfortable seating and sleeping arrangements for up to six persons.

For your enjoyment we have provided a flat screen TV with SKY satellite Box (English channels), Chromecast, DVD player and a Bluetooth speaker.

Lovely place

Sao Martinho is a great little coastal town with a beautiful beach. The apartment was great and very close to all the local amenities. Cathal the host was very responsive and they were hugely flexible around checkin. Will definitely stay there again if we return to Sao Martinho

Our Portugal vacation

Great privacy because of top floor location. Close to boulevard and major attractive restaurants. Check in/out with Nicola was very comfortable, no stress. The appartement provides all items for a relaxing vacation. Would highly recommend.

A nice cozy place in São Martinho!

Despite some cleaning issues, it was a pleasant stay in a beautiful apartment. Great location, wonderful shared pool, and very well decorated. You can find everything you need in that kitchen. Thank you!

Wonderful stay

We had a fabulous ten days at the apartment. Great communication from the beginning of the booking process and added bonus of a meet and greet on arrival. Great apartment in an excellent location for access to the beach and the local restaurants. Apartment is modern and well stocked, a real home from home. We loved the two balconies which gave options for sun or shade all day long. This was our first visit to Sao Martinho do Porto and we were very impressed with the area. We would certainly love to return to the resort and this apartment. Thanks for a great holiday.

Our only complaint was that the fridge was not on when we arrived. We booked for 3 nights, and brought food with us. We turned up the fridge and it actually froze most of our food. We ended up having to throw out food that spoiled after freezing.

Good location

Short walk to beach and restaurants. Pool was quiet with plenty of space. Apartment was clean and comfortable and kitchen had lots of utensils for cooking etc. Air conditioning worked well but there are only units in the lounge and one of the bedrooms. Fortunately it wasn't too hot during our stay so wasn't really a problem. There is a train line at the front of the apartment but only a few trains a day go past and they're not noisy. You have to cross the line to get to the beach but not a problem as the trains are diesel! Lovely walk along the beach or on the boardwalk to the sand dune where you can get refreshments in the cafe. Also the tourist information centre has a glass lift that takes you above the town where there are great views across the bay.

Situation idéale. Belles terrasses. Vaisselle pas propre à cause du lave vaisselle en manque de produit d entretien et problème d 'évacuation des eaux en cuisine. À part ça très bien équipé et confortable.

Excellente expérience !

Notre séjour chez Cathal a été super ! Le logement est très confortable et spacieux avec des parties communes et une piscine très bien entretenues. Les 2 balcons sont très grands et bien exposés dont une jolie vue sur la baie et l'océan. Nicola sur place est très agréable et disponible. La plage et les petits commerces sont à proximité de l'appartement. Tout était parfait nous n'hésiterons pas à tenter l'expérience de nouveau chez Cathal si nous devions revenir à Sao Martinho. Sehr gut ausgestattetet Ferinenwohung mit zwei Balkonen

Perfekte Lage mit Blick auf die Bucht. Zwei Balkone. Einer für das Frühstück und der zweite fürs Abendessen. Ruhige Lage. Der Zug fährt nur einmal am Abend vorbei. Tiefgarage vorhanden. Küche ist super ausgestattet. Die wohnung kann ich gerne weiterempfehlen!
