Pinheiro-c is a luxurious ground floor one-bedroom apartment with direct access to the shared pool (one of the largest in the area). A few minutes walk from the bay or São Martinho do Porto. Large, practical open kitchen with gas fire and all necessary kitchen equipment. Living / lounge with HD TV, stereo chain and Blu-Ray player. The lounge also has a sofa bed, so that the apartment can be rented perfectly by a family with 1 or 2 children. There is a spacious bathroom with toilet, bidet and whirlpool / shower. On the large terrace you can enjoy a view of the swimming pool and the large communal garden. Free sun loungers are provided in summer. The apartment has a private underground parking space.
