Enjoy stunning sunset, sunrise and mountain views from both levels in this luxury home built in 2021. The home includes a stocked kitchen, HOT TUB, outdoor firepit area (solo stove), screened porch, and a deck with a fire table and heaters for watching the sunsets year-round! Plenty of space for family gatherings. A great place to make your home base while you're in the Lexington/Rockbridge County area.

The house is Gorgeous as described- and then some! The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Plenty of room for 11 of us to spread out! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook and prepare family dinners! The mountain views and sunsets were fantastic, and Shauna was wonderful to work with from start to finish, responding promptly to all our questions. We will be back!

AMAZING!!!

This is not a house- it’s a home. Everything you could possibly need for cooking and having fun is here already. The layout is great multigenerational visitors, the beds are so comfortable, and everything is so nicely done.The views are so amazing. Most of us spent the majority of our time sitting outside on the deck and just enjoying the mountains. So much outdoor seating! I would come back and stay here in a heartbeat!! Getting there you do have to drive up a steep gravel road. We made it with our truck, grandparents made it with their little SUV, and and my brother with his new M series BMW, which does not have high ground clearance. No issues but it is something to consider.

Why they chose this property

We love Lexington! There is so much beauty here, so much history, and such a cute downtown! We wanted to build a second home here, and were fortunate to find this property on St. Patrick's Day in 2017. We felt so lucky to have found this beautiful place, and therefore named it Lucky View Ridge. In 2020 we built Lucky View Lodge. It is our home away from home!

What makes this property unique

Our breathtaking view provides peace and tranquility. We are out in the country, but still close to downtown.
