Very convenient location, easy access from freeway, just a few minutes from the strip. Everything was great from check in, check out, cleanliness, communications, and we enjoyed the pool table, large kitchen and living room. Definitely would stay here again.

We really enjoyed the convenience of the property and its family friendly additions to enjoy. All the boys in our group played so many games of pool and Ms. PAC Man too. There was ample room for 9 people. The coffee and small snacks came in handy! Thank you —our family enjoyed it! MHB

this place was amazing!! it was large, extremely comfortable and well stocked! Owners were responsive and very helpful with planning outings! we had 9 people and more than enough room. plenty of towels and beds were comfortable. House was super clean and well cared for. The location was super close to Fremont Street( 5 minutes) and about 10-15 minutes to the strip depending on which side you went to. i would definitely rebook this place for large group! Had a lot of games/pool table/video games for kids! Was reasonably priced and worth every penny!!

the host was quick to respond to every question. check in was super easy. the cleanliness of the place only got 2 stars. I think the dishwasher was used as a garbage disposal. when I opened it the worst smell ever came out! but other than that the place was awesome loved the pool!

Everything was clean and well put together. The pool was great, and there were some fun games for the kids and family. The entertainment systems were good for some tv time for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bbq really worked out well for us. There were a couple of malfunctioning things which the property owner sent someone over to deal with promptly. One of the best things about this place is the proximity to everything one would typically want to see/do in Vegas. My mom stayed downtown, and it was less than 5 minutes to pick her up from her hotel. We got married here, and the chapel was 10 minutes away. The strip was easy to access from here as well, and being on the West side meant really easy access to regular stores and services without having to cross the strip or the freeway. Staying here really made our wedding trip something special. Highly recommend.... We'll be back for our anniversary!

This place was great! The house was perfect for my family of four, my sisters family of 4 and my brothers family of 3. We spent most of our time in the pool, it was nice not having to worry about losing your spot to other guest lol. The kitchen had tons of dishes, and basic seasonings. The location was not too far from anything, it was a quick drive to all of our destinations.
