Sitting directly on the beach, look out from your private balcony to the white sand and Emerald Green water. One bedroom, one bath, gated community. Low density buildings are hard to find. Only 9 units total Tiki #32 is on the 3rd floor middle unit. Gated Beach Access so you have your own private access to the beach. Plus washer and dryer in unit. Newly updated bathroom with new Vanity. New floors throughout, all new windows and doors. TV in living room and bedroom.
