Beautiful, private villa close to everything!

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear you felt the property was not a fit for your group; however, I would like to clarify a few important details for future guests. You arrived approximately three hours prior to the scheduled 4:00 PM check-in time and requested to drop off luggage while the cleaning team was still completing the turnover. I accommodated this request as a courtesy. Because the home was still actively being cleaned at that time, it is normal that cleaning products were being used and that the team was finishing tasks in the kitchen and bathrooms. After learning you chose not to stay, I attempted to contact you immediately and again two days later to understand the situation and assist, but unfortunately did not receive a response. The property description, photos, layout, and location are accurately reflected in the listing and have been experienced by many other guests who have left consistently positive feedback regarding cleanliness, communication, and the overall stay. I take great pride in maintaining the home and ensuring guests are taken care of. For future guests, please note that check-in begins at 4:00 PM so the home can be fully prepared and inspected before arrival. Early access is sometimes accommodated when possible, but the property may still be in the final stages of cleaning during that time. I always welcome communication during a stay so any concerns can be addressed right away.
